Jimmy Nash Homes

A little over a year after the completion of our custom dream house built by Jimmy Nash, Homes, we contracted with Jimmy to finish out our basement. In all, 2200 sq ft were finished with a remaining 1100 sq ft left unfinished but hidden away behind a set of built-in bookcase murphy doors as a woodworking shop, storage, and mechanical space. The finished space included a large bedroom, a full bath, and an office area that is closed off as a suit behind glass barn doors. The remainder of the space was left open but with separate TV area, witting area, wet bar, wine cellar, and a gym area. Their design preserved the openness and highlighted the large space while defining the separate functional areas. Throughout, the project stayed on budget (thanks to the excellent co-construct web-based project management software) despite changes along the way. Danny was an awesome project manager who paid attention to even the smallest details and was also very hands-on in fixing things. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with both the basement refinish and the original build (which had a separate crew also with an excellent project manager in JW). Both the original build and the basement finish were extremely positive experiences. Jimmy and his crew were always friendly and professional and highly resourceful in coming up with solutions to problems that arose. Needless to say, we would give them only the highest recommendations.

We had a home built by Jimmy Nash Homes and were very pleased with the process. The Co-Construct computer program made communication between everyone very easy and kept all involved on the same page. We knew ahead of time when things were scheduled and when the work was completed, with pictures. Jimmy and his staff were very professional and very pleasant to work with. We are in the final stages of designing/building a custom home with Jimmy Nash Homes. Our overall experience has been excellent! They make the designing/building process easy by setting up a co-construct website for each client. We can request changes, ask questions, make selections, etc 24 hrs/day and have an answer back ASAP. Our co-construct website also has our timeline for completion so we can plan accordingly, copies of all contracts/custom estimates and photos updated throughout the project. This firm's technology is great; however, the staff at Jimmy Nash Homes has really exceeded our expectations. They have all worked closely with us every step of the way...from the owner himself looking at building lots with us to their designer helping us choose paint colors.
