Last Thanksgiving when I was thinking of people for whom I'm thankful, Jody Kennedy headed my list. She made our many-months-long remodel stress-free from a design standpoint, and the results far exceed even the vision we held for our home. I give her credit for the elegant look the home has today. After Jody assessed how we planned to use the home, we asked her to select the paint palette we find so inspiring today, and I enjoyed participating in looking at choices as we had her make recommendations for all floor coverings and lighting, sinks, mirrors, etc. She designed the bathroom vanities and helped select sinks and hardware. She designed a gorgeous cut-glass waterfall wall mural for the master shower. She helped select kitchen tile and countertops, and finally the exterior paint colors. At each step she was solicitous of our input, sensitive to our wishes, and though our contractor was one she hadn't met, they instantly became a team. Many months later, Jody remains a friend, and when we wish to add furniture, she's only a phone call away.

Jody is an awesome interior designer with the great talent and plenty of experience. She designed my office and then my brand new house. The results of her work are phenomenal. We are getting lots compliments from our friends and families. She has keen eyes about the colors, light, space, texture, structure, function....ect. She is very professional, patient, and pleasant. The most important is that she listens to her clients all the time. We are really happy with her high quality design and highly recommend her.

My husband and I hired Jody for 3 commercial and 2 residential projects over 8 years and have been truly satisfied by her design talents, working style and personality. A professional woman with a lovely cheerfulness. We first met Jody to consult with her on the outside and inside color choices on the first house we built. We had already painted the outside of our new home a very unfortunate color and we didn't want to make the same costly mistake. We were very happy with her color suggestions. The biggest project we did with Jody was the construction of a 5000 sq ft commercial retail building. It has retail space, offices, break room, back room work spaces etc. It was important to get the function and personality of the entire space just right, Jody did an excellent job and our general contractor was very pleased to work with her as well; she made his job easier. We continued onto the complete remodel of another 4000 sq ft retail building, the interior design of a smaller business and another residential project. All our subs and contractors during these projects complimented her abilities and ease to work with. i look forward to working with her again someday.

We hired Jody to help us with our awkward living room space. She provided ideas and photos of ideas to help us create a warmer atmosphere and to deal with the long space we have. Jody helped us with a color scheme to bring the room together. We used almost all of her ideas. We chose from the three color scheme ideas she provided. In addition, we bought furniture and room accessories that were ideas suggested by her. We are very happy with the outcome. Our living room now looks put together and comfortable.

Jody was recommended by our architect and she understood what we needed and wanted immediately. Jody was very helpful is achieving the look we wanted while keeping mindful of our budget. We hired Jody to do all the hard finishes of our home. Window colors, flooring, tiles, paint, kitchen and bathroom cupboards, counter tops, wall coverings and window treatments. She was able to put it all together without a huge headache. She was able to recommend good tradesmen to do the work as well. She was always professional and courteous and help to make the project fun. We continue staying in touch as she became a valued friend even after the project was complete.

Jody is creative, innovative and aware of current trends. She's mindful of budgets and always takes it upon herself to listen to the needs and desires of each customer. She does all this with a wonderful and upbeat attitude which makes an often grueling process much more tolerable! I have worked with Jody on 2 commercial projects and 2 residential projects - each of them was on time, on budget and professionally handled.

I have worked with Jody on a number of projects over the years, she has great interior design capabilities, she is highly sought after which forces her to use her time very well. She delivers great work to her clients, she is very current with introducing new trends, maintains the budget and is a very capable listener.
