We hired Stonecreek for a very extensive remodel of a hillside '60s ranch house. The project included all new plumbing and electrical, a reconfiguration of layout and bump-up, and new finishes throughout. We couldn't have been happier with Stonecreek, both in terms of quality of work and professionalism. Joe was always straightforward and realistic when making commitments and handled surprises, like asbestos, without drama. The options we were presented were always transparent and he was great about giving the pros and cons of each approach. The subcontractors were high quality and showed up when scheduled. They clearly had good relationships and liked working with Stonecreek. Our on-site supervisor, Nate, was very experienced, extremely responsive and kept everything very close to schedule. Our experience with Stonecreek was great and we would absolutely use them again for our next project.

Absolutely delighted with Stonecreek Building Company’s superior/first rate abilities as well as their daily work ethic, professionalism and dependability! My project consisted of a total renovation of a home close to 40 years old (house taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt including open concept design. I am enjoying a new gorgeous kitchen, office, bathrooms, bedrooms, master closet… which include new windows, doors, patio, etc. It was a massive undertaking!). Joe and his exemplary staff created my dream home. One wouldn’t even recognize the old home or could tell it was a remodel since the flow and design makes it look like it was meant to....which is the biggest compliment in itself. Being a vast remodel, we had some twists and turns but Joe and his team, always available to solve problems with ease (which only a very experienced general contractor/team can do with years and years of experience). Per my request/desire, I had several change orders in the middle of the project that were handled with smooth precision. I couldn’t be happier. Joe is always available for his customers. I am in great hands knowing I have an honest, hard-working and talented team with me every step of the way. People have stopped by my remodel and asked who did the work. I even had a neighbor state that my house was the best piece of craftsmanship he has seen in a very long time. I would highly recommend you sit down with Joe if you have a new construction or remodel project. He won’t let you down! I would without hesitation use Joe and his staff again. He built me a beautiful home that will be enjoyed for a long time.

Generally an excellent job...great subcontractors, very high quality work...a few issues with communication which is probably as much an owner as well as a builder issue. very knowledgeable but would have liked that the owner had been little more hands on at the job site along with the superintendent.

Joe and his team did an amazing job on our mid-century modern home remodel. We appreciated Joe's professionalism, responsiveness, and sense of humor! We completely relied on his expertise--especially as the project began while we were still living across the country in NYC. Joe and his team did his best to accommodate all of our requests and were patient with our numerous design changes. Joe helped us keep to the approved budget by giving us options as we went. We have also been very impressed by Joe's continued commitment to finishing up all the details of the remodel. Joe and his team take great pride in the quality of their work. We have enjoyed working with Stonecreek Building and can highly recommend them. Owner Joe Costello is friendly and easy to work with. The Stonecreek staff are pros from top to bottom. As Stonecreek does both new homes from the ground up and remodels, they are very good at complete designs and avoiding disorganized projects. We at Watt Integration prefer to work with experienced and competent builders when we do home integration and the Stonecreek staff are very experienced, which makes it easier for us to take care of our clients.

Joe is a pleasure to work with. He's knowledgeable and practical. All of the subcontractors were friendly, courteous and efficient. We had a tight timeframe and Joe went above and beyond to get us into our house. And he has remained responsive to wrapping up the little details.

Joe Costello was involved from the outset, helping us select an architect, working through the concept and finalization of plans and being patient and thoughtful throughout our design and build by offering suggestions and cost saving ideas that led to a very successful build that has allowed my wife and I the opportunity to enjoy our home for eighteen years. Joe stood behind his work and was extremely helpful in solving every little problem that arose for years after the construction. We felt that Joe put as much into our home as if it were his own. He not only built a great house, but became a trusted friend. If we were to build another home today, Stonecreek would be our builder.

Our Architectural firm worked with Stonecreek Building Company Inc. on a "modern" residence in Echo Canyon, Phoenix, AZ. over the course of 2 1/2 years from initial planning through construction. They were always helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the final product was great. The attention to detail was always present. A Quality Builder!!!!
