John Tolly and his team built the extension to our townhouse home, extended kitchen/living accommodation and new garage with bedroom ensuite above and office above that. We are really happy with the outcome and have had many compliments from its completion to the current date. We live in the town and passers by used to stop us and compliment the work and workers. We continue to use John for building works we need. Would definately recommend him to others and have done so.

John Tolly undertook a complete renovation of our 1980's bungalow: managing all other trades. The incremental (staged) payments as work progressed was very reassuring as it made us confident the trades would return and complete the job, it also keeps the funds in our account longer!. John started the project in Feb 2014 and completed in early May. All of his chosen sub-contractors were well known to him and that installed further confidence in us. He did everything and more, very reliable and competent builder who also has the ability to manage a complete project. The whole image of the company is credible, vehicles are smart etc. Would absolutely recommend this company for projects large or small with no hesitation.
