We had a fantastic experience with John Willox Design, right from the start. A couple of visits to the showroom and great, detailed discussions allowed us to select the layout that we wanted, with the best quality components and all within our budget. We remodelled to join the dining room and Kitchen together and the new layout looks amazing and is perfect for our family life. We got fantastic new AEG ovens and induction hob which are so easy to use. The Quooker boiling water tap has been a real bonus as well and is worth every penny! Overall I can't recommend John and the team enough!

John and Joanna did an excellent job in designing our long needed new kitchen. From the initial engagement meeting with John through to the final design they were both very accommodating in offering suggestions to fully optimise the space available and turned around design changes quickly. The installation was done seamlessly to a high standard and with minimal disruption. Would fully recommend a kitchen by John Willox Kitchen Design.

John and his team did an amazing job on our long awaited new kitchen. I wanted a specific colour for the kitchen doors which John managed to source and get our kitchen painted for a very reasonable price. He made some great suggestions and managed to get 2 seating areas added to the kitchen without compromising space. He always kept an eye on my budget. Really delighted with the end result and we get loads of compliments. His fitting team are fantastic - best bunch of guys I have ever used, helping me with jobs that other suppliers screwed up on. Good range of kitchens on offer and always keen to offer design ideas and take on your ideas. Highly recommended.

Elaine was very helpful when I was looking for some of the fantastic Little Greene Paint they are stockists for. They have a huge range of tester pots and once I had chosen my colour my order arrived within days. I wouldn't use any other paint now and will certainly be back for more.

We are very happy customers and love our new kitchen. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. From the very first design photos from Euan....there was nothing we didn't really like...and there it continued. John and Euan worked hard to let us have all the things we requested whilst still keeping to our planned budget....and the project started exactly when planned. Bob and the whole team were great and did a fabulous job. They were all very friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in the house. We would definitely recommend John Willox Kitchen Design to anyone thinking about a new kitchen....in fact we already have !! Many thanks again to John, Euan and the whole team.

I purchased my kitchen and appliances from John Willox 18 months ago, the other day my 3-in-1 hot water tap failed and I couldn't get hold of the manufacturer. I sent John an email as a last ditch attempt to find a solution and he immediately sent a copy of my email to them. They have yet to reply to me, but they replied to John straight away and it now looks like we have solved the issue. That is amazing after sales service from Willox Kitchens and Design, and I'm still totally in love with my kitchen they organised for me. Many thanks for the help guys.

We are delighted with our new Rot Punkt German kitchen. Joanna expertly took us through the planning stage and we felt confident with her suggestions when we were faced with choices, and the finished product has more than justified that confidence. The installation by Brian and his team was expertly done in a very short time with minimum disruption and mess. Willox Kitchen Design are a very professional, friendly and helpful team and highly recommend them.

John designed a beautiful kitchen to our requirements. The kitchen included some bespoke elements such as solid walnut drawers, bespoke shelving and matching lighting. John followed the build through to completion, frequently checking the contractors were meeting our requirements. We were completely happy with the final result. A workable but beautiful design. John is a talented and approachable professional.

We had our kitchen designed and supplied by Joanna at John Willox kitchen design. From start to finish they were absolutely faultless. Joanna has the patience of a saint, I priced up several different options, changed my mind about different things and asked for drawings to be altered several times, Joanna was always happy to advise and nothing was too much work. We looked at several different kitchen companies before deciding on John Willox, from my very first meeting with John we got a really good feeling about the compony. Customer service before, during and after has been brilliant, we are delighted with our kitchen and would definitely highly recommend them to others.
