Kate has been designing classic, elegant homes for about twenty years. Widely known for her breadth and versatility, she can design traditional as well as contemporary rooms. As a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, she was an art director for an advertising firm in New York City. In 1993, Kate joined Ethan Allen for the first time.Then 6 years later, established her own interior design firm servicing residential clients for 14 years. Now she is back with Ethan Allen where she enjoys working with clients not only in person, but now virtually. She makes it possible to bring her wealth of experience into the home, through the use of virtual tools, to suit the needs of her clients. With her talent for truly listening, she keeps in mind your needs, and your taste, creating a space that reflects who you are, while being comfortable, beautiful, and will stand the test of time. We found Kate through a friend that had worked with her. We are so happy to have found her. Not only she is very talented but she is very friendly and very easy to work with. She did our house and she just finished our beach apartment for us. She also did our daughter’s house. We are beyond happy with everything she has done. I have learned a lot with her.
