Kerr Construction completed an extensive 13 month remodel on my home in 2014. No part of the interior or exterior was left untouched with much of the house being a complete rebuild. The final results exceeded all of my expectations! My newly remodeled home is stunning, comfortable, very well built and Jeff Kerr and his marvelous and very skilled team made it all happen. The entire Kerr team was a delight to work with and their professionalism and expertise made the project run smoothly and on time. As problems arose, Kerr and his foreman were always responsive with creative solutions. They cared deeply about the highest quality construction possible and managed their sub-contractors expertly. They also had a very good working relationship with my architect. I could not have chosen a better contractor and I highly recommend Kerr Construction for any residential remodel or new construction.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen or with the process we went through with Kerr Construction in creating it. Jeff Kerr was easy to talk to, his proposed budget was very thorough and easy to understand, he tried to include every contingency, and prepare us for the unexpected. We felt like he and his crew were very honest, always our advocates, and looked our for our best interest when dealing with other parties. Our remodeling project involved knocking down walls to make a "gathering space." It is both beautiful and functional and we love spending time in it. If we ever need additional construction work we will definitely go back to Kerr. We could not recommend them more highly.

My relationship started with Jeff Kerr and his company, 10 years ago when they rebuilt my 120 year old home. Their expertise, craftsmanship and professionalism has fostered a relationship that continues today. When choosing a contractor,obviously their skills and price are typically foremost in a customer's mind. Although that is obviously critically important; but what ultimately becomes even more important, is their integrity and willingness to always stand behind their work and the work of their subcontractors. In a perfect world, jobs would go off without a hitch. But in the real world, there are bound to be problems, and having a contractor that will always make it right, is a find. Jeff and Co are just those contractors. I can't imagine doing a job without them.

Our office has worked with Kerr Construction for over 25 years. They have built many of our best projects and we have found them to be 100% professional and responsive throughout the construction process. Their attention to detail is exemplary, especially with aesthetics that demand fine woodworking. Their site superintendents are well trained and, again, extremely professional in how they run their jobs, interact with the homeowners and coordinate their team of subcontractors. One of our favorites!

As a consult and I worked with hundreds of contractors. I think Jeff is one of the the best. Not only is he have 35 years of experience but he is also technologically on top of his game. Jeff can do a small remodel or multimillion dollar home in a very cost-effective way. Most of most of his employees have been with him for years. He also has some new really smart people in this office. This makes for an unbeatable combination when it comes to delivering a job on time and on budget. I highly recommend Jeff to many architect or homeowner who wants an outstanding job at a terrific price.

In 2001 we purchased a 20 acre vacant lot in West Marin - to build our "dream home". We spent months investigating building contractors - and eventually selected Jeff Kerr of Kerr Construction. Twelve years later we continue to appreciate the wonderful home that Jeff built. It was a major project - installation of roads and utilities, significant grading of the site, and very intricate architectural designs which required precise and accurate construction. Jeff and his team managed the project perfectly. Since then, the the house and landscape have been featured in various books and magazines, but more importantly - it's become our most favorite place to spend time. If ever we have another construction project in the Bay Area, we wouldn't hesitate to work with Jeff again.
