Kitchen Concepts completed a full kitchen remodel, added a built-in cabinet in our breakfast room, expanded the opening to our dining room, and repurposed our existing granite into the powder room. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend KC. Pat Ryan's knowledge and expertise allowed us to come up with a great design. He met with us numerous times in the planning phase and put together a plan to minute detail. He redid the designs numerous times until we were satisfied. We did not feel rushed and he let us know with each change how it would effect the budget. An interior designer was part of the planning who helped with granite and tile selection and colors. His brother Rich oversaw the remodel. He is very organized and kept the project on schedule. He was always present when new contractors arrived to explain the plan and he handled any concerns. The carpenter, plumber and electricians were all pleasant and knowledgeable. We are very pleased.

This is our 3rd project with Kitchen Concepts and each one has meet my expectations and more. Pat does a great job in understanding what you want to achieve and is very helpful in all the decisions to be made. The last update was to our Master Bath, we removed the old sink and countertop, it was a 5 foot area and it is so much more practical and we use ever bit of the space. It is always well thought out before you start.

We have had two projects completed with Kitchen Concepts, a total kitchen redesign which made it much more functional, efficient, and aesthetic as well as renewal of a master bath that made it really nice looking. We are completely pleased with both projects, they were complete on time and with the highest quality materials and standards. We used KCI services to remodel our kitchen and 2 1/2 baths. From the design work through construction, their services were extremely professional, products were of high quality, and their team delivered a top-notch installation. Anytime we had questions or asked for "extras," Pat and Rich were always willing to accommodate. KCI greatly exceeded our expectations, and we would most certainly recommend them to family and friends.

We hired kitchen concepts after interviewing several other firms. They did not upsell us and were very helpful with advice on where we would get the most bang for our buck and which things we could save money. Our home was over 105 years old and required a complete gut. Dispite the small space and walls that were not square, they managed to transform the most embarrassing part of our home to the most beautiful part! Would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends and neighbors!

We decided to remodel our kitchen with Kitchen Concepts in the summer of 2009. These experts helped us with the numerous decisions on what we wanted in our new kitchen. After agreeing on the plans for the new design , they sequenced the order of the necessary decisions in selecting cabinets, tile, counter tops, etc. The price for the project was adjusted each time based on the materials we selected. We were consulted each time an adjustment needed to be made based on what was found once the kitchen was gutted. The project began and ended on schedule. These experts were helpful, knowledgeable, and great to work with on a project of this size.

Kitchen Concepts completely overhauled our kitchen, and we were very happy with the results. Designers took a lot of time to listen to what we were after, and they came up with a very functional and attractive plan. The price tag was pretty steep, but I think it was good value for the money in the end.

This was our second home and our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Concepts. Third if you count a small kitchen and wet bar he created for us. Pat Ryan is an incredible designer with excellent sense of how people work in a kitchen. The 'minimum acceptable standards' such as clearances between a dishwasher and an island are thrown out the door, and Pat gives you a kitchen that truly functions. Angled cabinets and clipped corners to allow for better traffic flow. Pots and pans drawers that can hold enough cookware for a gourmet chef. A 'stuff' location with outlets for phone chargers. Pat's brother, Rich, serves as the General Contractor and between the two of them, nothing falls through the cracks. There is excellent communication between them and tremendous attention to detail.
