Mr Moorthy recently completed construction and designing of 20 new rooms and front facade' in my hotel - Kwality's Motel Shiraz Bhopal. He suggested a southeast asian theme which i thought was very exciting and new to Bhopal. ochre colour walls and shingle roof supported by coconut wood columns brought life to the entire hotel.. All rooms have a private balcony overlooking landscaped lawns and water bodies. Even though the project was outside delhi it was executed perfectly by the local contractors as the drawings sent were very thorough and detailed. Mr. Narayan from Kumar Moorthy has been doing architect and designing of our residence. His work is extremely meticulous and contains all that is required to build a perfect modern day residence. He has a brilliant sense of understanding to use spaces and incorporate the wishes of users without compromising the aesthetics. His designs bring day light, ample green area and a natural ventilation flow, something that is rarity to modern Delhi homes. One of the best things is that he is always ready to meet end less times to discuss ideas and has a remarkable virtue for being a patient listener.
