$40 represents a exterior shoot (3-6 pictures) but typical cost is $130 (local) for 25-30 different shots throughout a home (shot as is with minimal staging) used for the MLS. Commercial shoots (local) are $250 for 25-30 different shots throughout a home with or without strobes and attention to staging or appearance is greatly considered.
