Leigh was amazing to work with -- she put us at ease as she made her assessment of our home and then talked us thru her recommendations room by room. Leigh is truly gifted in what she does – she is highly professional, personable, and precise. She not only describes her ‘staging’ recommendations, but she explains why it’s important to potential buyers. Leigh combines both the "art and science" of staging homes for sale. Completing 100% of her recommendations will be a challenge, so she prioritized the most impactful ones. This was a real learning experience for both my wife and me with a very skillful teacher. Leigh help me stage design a four bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom Airbnb at One Loudoun. I had to be very budget aware for this project. Leigh chose beautiful items for me and was by my side step-by-step through selection and set up. She let me know exactly what to buy, where to place it, and even sold me some of her own stock. The result was a beautiful space that looked like 1 million bucks (when it was in fact much less!) Leigh also helped me go shopping for accessories to decorate the home,. She was meticulous yet quick about measuring, scaling, and advising on what items would make the property look the most visually appealing since my timeline was tight. She was also professional and kind during her interactions with several members of my family, who were also in awe of her talent and attention to detail. Staging an Airbnb can be a stressful process. Especially for someone like me who has no design background, it was intimidating almost to the point of daunting. Leigh made the process not only less stressful, but a lot of fun. She approaches her work like she is solving a problem for her clients, and as everyone can empathize with, solving a problem is usually a lot more complex than simply staging a house, or selecting furniture. I could not recommend her higher.

Leigh is a joy to work with! She has a keen eye, a natural instinct, and can work on any budget. I am a fast shopper and she is a fast designer! We can design an entire room, by online shopping from my computer, in just one session. I started using Leigh several years ago. Now my mother uses her and so do my neighbors. Leigh works with my real estate agent regularly. She helped prepare my home for sale. My family had been in my home for 20 years, so it was emotional to let go of it. Leigh's assistance with the process was pure magic. Our initial meeting went great. When she showed up, I had already begun donating, packing and cleaning. I was almost hesitant to have her into my home that day because it looked messy...not the way it normally did. But she just carried on and made me feel "OK." She got to know me, understand my situation, my plans, etc. She spent time in every room, documenting suggested improvements via audio, video and photos. She promptly came back to me with a very detailed plan, which included suggestions (including tiers in some cases) so we could establish a budget. I was confident about the ROI we'd achieve - she helped with lighting, hardware, bathrooms (5), kitchen, flooring, painting and more (including work necessary outside). She helped me source a general contractor and line up vendors. She was responsive to late-night emails. The finished product was amazing - definitely ask Leigh for photos. We ended up getting $100K more than the last home (same model/similar features) in our community and got $30K over asking.
