The team at Modern Outdoor Living were a pleasure to deal with from the initial quoting process right through to job completion and aftercare. Daniel promptly quoted the works (this was a feat in itself with 4 previous plasterers refusing to perform the work or never returning a quote. The scope of works included: 1. Removal and replacement of water damaged plaster 2. Installing timber framing around a number of very large, newly installed skylights 3 Installing plasterboard associated with the timber framing around the new skylights. 4. Associated plaster work This job was made difficult with very high ceilings (5m), complex roof structure and limited workspace in an apartment environment. Daniel and the team worked in a methodical manner to ensure the work was completed promptly, exceeding my expectations in terms of quality and with minimal impact to our day-to-day. Renovation and building works completed with the highest quality and professionalism. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable staff that work within quoted works and timelines (which is rare in the building industry!). Could not recommend Modern Outdoor Living high enough. It seems there isn't a job they can't do and they do it extremely well with honesty and integrity.
