NW Garden Maintenance

Vicky and the team at Northwest Garden Maintenance were absolutely terrific. We’ve used them in the past for small landscaping jobs and yard maintenance, but for this project we wanted a complete backyard re-design. The NGM team was up to the task. Vicky created a detailed plan and was very collaborative and flexible with the few changes we requested. The plan included a large patio expansion with beautiful pavers, three different levels for more visual interest, two raised beds with river rock siding, a beautiful pergola and arbor that nicely break up the line of sight, and a terrific mix of flowers, plants, trees, a water feature, and a putting green-size lawn. All this in a fairly compact backyard. Perhaps our favorite feature is the lighting system — it creates an elegant, distinctive ambience that we simply love. When the weather is nice, sometimes we’ll just sit at a table under the pergola and soak it all in. Vicky and her team were hard working, knowledgeable, flexible, and always available for questions. We highly recommend them for small or large scale projects.

I hired Vicki & team to build a paver walkway down the side of my house. She helped us pick the perfect stone (size & color) and then put together a random pattern with an edge. She was easy to work with an understood our vision. We would highly recommend her.

I had Vicki and company come out to do a 50ft section in pavers as well as brighten up the parking strip that runs the length of my house. In the strip, they added three walkways and eight plants to compliment the trees that were already there. The guys she sent to do the job checked with me as they had questions about placement, on top of just being nice/pleasant/hard working. Had a couple of hiccups in the beginning with the initial communication (contacted through this site as voicemail was full) but once we got in contact, things pressed forward pretty quickly. The price was fair, the project turned out great and had a couple neighbors complimenting it within hours of them finishing.

Vicki has maintained our landscaping for over 10 years. In addition, Nw Garden Maintenance has built a rock wall, maintained a fish pond, design landscaping beds, and performed projects such as improving drainage in our yard. When I have a question about a plant or a gardening idea, Vicki is knowledgeable. Her work ethic is the best. Originally NWLandscaping was hired on a per/project basis. The team now comes on a weekly basis, and has become indispensable!

She has been taking care of our yard, and some of our neighbors' yards, for years, and we always admire, marvel at and love what she does. I cannot give her enough praise for all that she has done for us and her constant care and attention to our yard. And, she has a very friendly, polite, personable and hard working crew that works with her. I just wish I had a bigger yard for her to work on. Vicki is the one to call to help you with anything you need in your yard. She will get it done and it will be beautiful Very highly recommended.
