Six years ago I found myself constantly dreaming about renovations, fabric and wallpaper. With a young daughter and my son on the way, I knew it was time to leave my twelve year corporate career in Financial Services and to follow my creative love for Interior Design. I established One Girl Interiors, a boutique interiors service in 2013 and haven’t looked back. Five years have flown by, filled with amazing clients, projects and learnings. I'm also incredibly thankful to have had my work featured in media including editorials in The Design Files, Houzz and on the cover of Inside Out Magazine (a dream come true!) I work on a variety of projects from selecting the finishes for a complete new-build, to redecorating a Master Bedroom and sourcing the perfect window furnishings. It’s such a privilege to be invited into other people’s homes and to help them achieve their vision. I have the dedication, enthusiasm and know-how to leave my clients with a smile and a special space that is uniquely 'you'. As the ‘One Girl’ in One Girl Interiors I deliver a uniquely personal interiors service. I am involved in every aspect of my business. When we work together, you will always get me. I am passionate about my work and love delivering beautiful spaces that make people smile. As a Mum, I'm also very mindful of the need to balance beauty with practicality! Suzanne from ‘One Girl Interiors’ made the whole bathroom & laundry renovation experience easy. After visiting us, she designed a beautiful bathroom and laundry to fit in with our two bedroom unit. For people like us, who cannot visualise a design, Suzanne provided a clear brief with pictures included. Throughout the process she was able to provide back up advice on builders quotes and other last minute changes. We love our new bathroom and laundry.

There really isn’t enough stars in this rating to do Suzanne justice. From our first meeting to the end of our build she delivered her knowledge and expertise with grace and skill. She has helped create a house that instantly felt like our home and center of our universe and I am so thankful to her for that. Highly recommend

We discovered Suzanne when we booked her accomodation in Daylesford for the weekend and were instantly struck by how incredible the house looked, we could tell straight away that this place had been masterfully renovated by someone with a very good eye. My wife and I agreed that we would try to secure the services of Suzanne to weave her magic with our upcoming bathroom and laundry renovation. We did and we will be forever glad that we did as the end result is more than we could have hoped for, the eye for detail was exquisite, the tiles she sourced have made all the difference in setting our bathroom apart from the norm, the fittings and fixtures all complemented each other seamlessly. Using Suzanne saved us so much time as well, as she had the suppliers there, ready to go, so there was no shuffling around when it came to go time, when we had a problem, she had the solution, quickly too, always very willing to help and she checked in regularly. Suzanne and i have worked together on a number of projects in Daylesford, Hepburn and Trentham. We are a high end short term accommodation booking service based in Daylesford. Often when a owner purchases a property or decides on a refurbishment they come to me looking for an interior designer/stylist to help them with everything from a full renovation down to purchasing some cushions and soft furnishings. What I love about Suzanne and her work is that she is very prompt at getting back to clients after they have contacted her. She looks at each property and decides upon an approach and style based upon that particular property, the location, and what the client is wanting to achieve. She is very good and handling the whole scope of works and directing clients towards a direction she thinks best suits their needs, or working collaboratively with the client to help achieve their vision for the property. 100% of the time she has successfully transformed a space making it more desirable, relevant to the market and more profitable.

I hired One Girl Interiors to help choose the fixtures and fittings for my new home. Having never embarked on a new build before, I needed a lot of "hand-holding". Suzanne was professional, insightful and reassuring from beginning to end. She made an otherwise daunting experience an enjoyable one. And we couldn't be happier with the result.
