Our renovation was in process when Hurricane Ian came through, Rob and Adam were on site as soon as it was safe to do so to give us a full report with photos, they were able to handle it all and give us peace of mind while we were up North. Rob and O'Neil Industries have been a true pleasure to work with. From the first conversation to see if we were a good fit for our high end renovation, to the finished product, Rob has been extremely professional and reliable. We are part time in Florida out of Pennsylvania and were very concerned about doing a renovation of this caliber from 1000 miles away. Well, it was actually a breeze. Rob provided great communication (especially via the buildertrend app), was alway available with any questions/concerns, and delivered on his promise of a spectacular finished product. I would say our project was a little "outside the box". We did not always use typical products. From custom wood ceilings to spectacular custom metal interior and exterior doors, Rob helped coordinate a very smooth transition from conception to the finished product. We are thrilled with the final results of our "Total Renovation" (gutted to the shell of the house). Rob helped create the home of our dreams, and the experience was a pleasure. We just completed a major Florida beach condo remodel project with O’Neil Industries, and couldn’t be happier with the final result. We highly recommend O’Neil Industries and Rob O’Neil, its President. Not only is Rob great to work with, but he a man of character, who runs his business with integrity rarely found in today’s business climate. Because we are in the design industry up north and have quite a bit of experience in remodeling and building, we sought a knowledgeable and experienced contractor who understood our emphasis on quality workmanship. Rob impressed us with his unfailing commitment to quality and his excellent team of designers, subcontractors, and office staff. Rob uses technology to track every single aspect of every job – and NOTHING was missed. Mariah Koch, his interior designer, was one of the very best we have ever worked with. Mariah assisted us on our selections, accurately tracked everything, and ensured that everything was perfectly installed. The fact that this project was done remotely, with few site visits by us, underscores the benefit of Rob’s regular communication and frequent photographs. There were no surprises. In spite of the pandemic, he successfully completed the project on time. As an example of Rob going the extra mile, after the remodel was complete, and we were moving in, we called Rob on a Saturday night when our furniture was being delivered and the sofa wouldn’t fit in the elevator or around the stairs. Rob called one of his crane contractors to come the next day to lift the sofa through the lanai. Clearly above and beyond the call of duty. Bottom line is if you want the best, choose O’Neil Industries.

We hired O’Neil Industries to do a whole home renovation after our frustration with numerous other contractors. Rob O’Neil put together a comprehensive proposal for us in record time. Rob has a team of individuals who master what they do and genuinely care about the customer. Our project took place doing the pandemic when the supply chain issues were rampant. There were delays that were unforeseen and Rob handled these challenges with determination and professionalism. He worked around us needing to move in our home while some aspects were still under construction. Our project brought new design elements that Rob had not worked with before but was eager for the challenge. Our home transformation exceeded our expectations and we are amazed with the outcome! Rob O’Neil is the real deal and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

In the late summer of 2021, we had the great fortune of contacting and subsequently going under contract for a full remodel of our Cape Coral condo with O’Neil Industries. After three attempts with “local” contractors headquartered in Cape Coral we called owner, Rob O’Neil. He not only answered the phone, but he did so on vacation. That immediately impressed us after dealing with three previous false starts. Upon his return from vacation, we solidified the contract terms and began an amazing contractor team-client relationship that continues and will continue beyond this build. We will likely never build or renovate again, but if we did, I would call O’Neil Industries immediately. The entire O’Neil team is amazing and works together seamlessly. However, each deserve recognition for traits and talents they bring to the client relationship. Rob, Owner- Incredibly detailed, organized, innovative, a phenomenal communicator, and most importantly honest. Rob never went for the cheapest solution to a problem. He is a true anomaly in the contracting industry and a pleasure to work with. Mariah, Showroom Manager-Passionate about the aesthetics but has an incredible amount of contractor/construction knowledge. She cares about the client and their decorative choices. She has an incredible ability to read her clients. She goes the extra mile for clients to include researching material choices and making suggestions. Her incredible suggestions and persuasive positioning of them is the reason our condo is so perfect and beautiful. Karla, CAD designer-Simply awesome is how to describe her. She met with us once and then came out to measure to create a perfect plan. This move was a tremendous downsize for us so storage and an open flow for our new home was a must. Karla designed perfect solutions in each room. We have extra storage in all areas and our condo flows seamlessly. Adam, Project Manager-Without a doubt the person that makes the dream a reality. Adam is detailed, innovative, and persistent when dealing with subcontractors. Adam operates with one thought, “your problem/issue is my problem/Issue.” Nate, drywall and paint- Those two words do not fully represent his ability, caring and willingness to do any task correctly. Nate is more a master artist than drywall finisher and painter. Clyde, Master Carpenter-The newest member of the team and one of the best carpenters I’ve met. He is patient and will take the extra steps and time to ensure perfect cuts on very visible items such as crown and base. He is a master craftsman, rather than carpenter. You would be fortunate to have any one of these people working on your project. As a team, they are amazing and a step above any contractor team we have worked with in several builds and remodels. Through the vision, client first focus, attention to detail, unsurpassed willingness to not cut corners and a general pleasant nature of everyone at O’Neil Industries, we are now living our dream.

We highly recommend O’Neil Industries for renovations and remodeling. From the first day we met Rob he was attentive to our vision for our remodel project and he and his team developed amazing plans incorporating all of what we requested and more. The selection process for materials was very easy. While the renovation was in process we were in New Jersey and never once had to purposely make a trip for any issues. The website tracking our job included schedules and progress photos which was very helpful and reassuring. The team (Mariah, Adam, Karla, and Barbara) was always very responsive and professional. O’Neil Industries has earned our highest praise following complete renovation of a 40-year-old home on Sanibel Island. The project involved floor plan modifications, full gut renovation of the kitchen and baths, a total interior facelift, all new impact windows and doors, new exterior siding and soffits, painting, and more. Although the work coincided with the worst of COVID-related supply chain problems, the project came in within budget and ahead of schedule. This accomplishment was undoubtedly due to Rob O’Neil’s unique system of project management emphasizing advance planning and process optimization. Working with O'Neil Industries on my kitchen renovation was an amazing experience. Rob and the entire O'Neil staff were professional, courteous, competent, punctual and maintained excellent communication with me. My kitchen was prepped pre-demo and the cleaning crew left the completed area spotless. The software kept me up to date on all areas including finances, schedules and photos of the work in progress. We recently had Rob totally renovate our condo in Florida while we were in our home in Michigan . This was all done on line with weekly pictures showing the work being done to completion. The materials and workmanship were top quality. During the renovation, our condo complex was going thru its own renovation installing new Lanai’s, entrance flooring and painting. This did not stop Rob and his crew from working on our unit. For 10 days they had to go up a ladder to the second floor Lanai to enter the unit while the entrance flooring was replaced. Rob and his crew are first class and I definitely recommend them.
