I cannot say enough about how great Chris Parker and his team designed and performed our entire home renovation. He took an outdated and worn out house and turned it into a modern, contemporary, and beautiful showplace. The best part about Chris though, is his customer service. He always responds to questions or concerns immediately and is always willing to change plans or do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. The construction was dependable and the house was completed on time as predicted. We are extremely happy with the renovation and would recommend Parker Design Build to anyone! Leslie & Dave

We used Parker Design for our home addition and remodel in the fall of 2019. Chris Parker made sure that our entire experience was as easy and smooth as possible. We loved the initial design, and the minor changes that we requested were accommodated for exactly as hoped. The finance process left us feeling very confident and excited. When it was time to build, we were able to access the schedule each day through an app, so we always felt completely in the loop. The construction stayed on pace and we stayed updated through photos. The workers that Chris brought in were very respectful and went to great lengths to keep all renovation areas clean. Chris took care of so much of the back work, while we got to make all the fun choices and decisions. We would recommend him to anyone looking to update their house or add onto it. He truly made our dream home come true! :)

After a careful planning process, in just 8 weeks, Parker Design Build Remodel and their well-coordinated subcontractors performed a complete exterior remodel (roof, siding, windows, garage doors, and replace porch and deck), as well as tearing down and rebuilding our sun-room. Such a big project is a wild ride, but it was only accomplished in that period of time because of the careful planning process Chris uses on his projects. We spent months with him planning and getting every detail on paper before starting. Once we started, the progress on the project matched the schedule he provided and the workmanship was excellent. The before and after pictures show the dramatic results.

Truly a shining star in a industry not always known for it's shining stars. Consistent, fair, reliable and extremely detailed. Made us aware of many items we would have to address in our project that others didn't even mention which means we would have been shocked by things in the middle of the project. They probably saved us thousands just in eliminating those surprises and planning the project properly. They took ownership of the job - really going beyond the letter of the agreement we signed. I highly recommend Parker Design Build Remodel.

We really could not have better things to say about Chris Parker and Parker Design Build Remodel. Chris is a fabulous contractor and project manager with a wonderful team of employees and subcontractors. Having never undergone a major renovation project before, all we heard from friends was to be prepared to have your project run long and over budget. Our experience with Parker Design Build Remodel couldn't have been more opposite. We added a three story addition to our house in the middle of winter and the project ran only one day behind and within budget. In addition, not only was the project on time and on budget, but it looks amazing. Not only did we add an addition, but we also had Parker Design Build Remodel add central A/C throughout our house as well as refinish our wood floors and paint. Chris is extremely responsive, helpful, easy to work with, solution-oriented, and just a nice, solid person. We felt like Chris and his team became a temporary part of our family whom we now miss seeing on a daily basis! We cannot wait to work with Chris and the whole team again. (Also, a special shout out to Mike and John on Chris's team - they are the best.)

We worked with Chris Parker to remodel 2 bathroom simultaneously. He and his project manager did an excellent job getting the work done with high quality and in a timely manner. Parker Design has a different project model than others I have dealt with. They do all the planning and decision making up front which ensures the actual project timeline succeeds. I really appreciated the approach as it minimizes disruption in your home.

As an interior designer who often designs for renovations, I use contractors all the time and I am picky about who I work with. Parker Design Build is a contracting company that is small enough to keep their focus on all projects and large enough to have all the resources needed for a seamless and successful renovation. They can give clients all the high-end details homeowners are looking for and also keep to a budget. Parker Design Build did a beautiful sun room addition for my home and I have worked with them on several other projects since then as well. They utilize technology to keep a project on track with budget and schedule and are able to respond quickly to any concerns. Their straightforward approach and dependability are a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend them!

I am a local realtor and would highly recommend Parker Design Build for any building projects you have. Chris takes the time to understand what you are looking for including budget and designs according to your specifications. This is a very different approach to most contractors that give you an estimate without understaning the scope of your project and then tack on thouands of dollars while the work is being done. Chris and his team are very professional and HONEST! The qualitiy of their work is exceptional.
