Our home just had its 31st birthday and like so many others of that age group, it always needs some R&R (that's Repair and Replacement). It also requires a construction crew that knows how to handle the R&R tasks at hand. Every so often, you will find a contractor that not only makes the repairs and replacements but exceeds your expectations in every way. Just such and event occurred here last week. We had called for our customary 3 contractor bids and decided on "Patios By B & B" because they understood what we wanted and had great ideas to make it even better. The Elite-Wood patio cover design we decided on is a simple and elegant aluminum lattice cover that is lighter but much more attractive and durable than the wood cover it replaced. We set a date with Jeff and one week later the build crew arrived on time and carefully demolished the old cover and built the headers and foundation for the lattice Elite-Wood patio cover. At the end of the day, they did an immaculate clean up job and set everything up for finishing the build the next day. Bright and early the next morning the team was onsite to set the lattice work in place and finish the building phase. When they were done, the paint crew came in and repaired, caulked, and painted every original wood area that needed restoration, and to insure the whole project looked brand new. When they finished, the patio furniture was placed back right where we wanted and the patio was spotless. Our gratitude goes out to the building crew for a well executed, on time, meticulous and within our budget project. Our thanks to Jeff Goldman, Paulino, Andy, Santos, Lazaro, Gonzalo and Mark. Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that goes into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff's crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final "walk-through inspection" prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. Patios by B&B receives my highest rating. If you need a patio, deck, or anything patio related, Jeff should be your first contact.

I used Patios By B & B over 15 yrs ago for a sunroom and vinyl windows. Buddy, the owner, explained the importance of quality. We got a great price, had zero problems (installation clean and organized) and ALL remains in terrific condition all these yrs later! I just moved to a very old mobile home and needed vinyl windows. They were the 1st and only place I called! I was extremely pleased to learn they were still in business and Jeff Goldman, Buddy's grandson, was there to help me! He was very professional and honest. knew exactly what I needed within my budget and how to fit my thin old window sills! I could still fit 2" window blinds! The installation was perfect and the team left my home very clean. I got alot of compliments from the community. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them solely for all your sunroom or window needs! The whole experience with Patios by B&B was beyond excellent. My wife and I were working with a fairly tight budget and Jeff was incredibly accommodating. He was incredibly creative and resourceful in getting us as much as possible within our budget without jeopardizing the integrity of the patio cover or any level of quality. Jeff makes the design and contracting process very simple. But, when you're dealing with anything that has to do with home improvement, the real test is when the work actually begins. To our surprise, Jeff's crew that came out to install was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly polite, cleaned up each day and made sure they kept us involved in the process so there weren't any unexpected surprises. When everything was all said and done, my wife and I were ecstatic with the outcome. It really was more than what we had expected. I won't bore readers with the fine details but I am a very meticulous person and I was shocked at all the fine details that this company covers on their installations. I would recommend Patios by B&B to anyone looking for a high quality patio cover that is installed by absolute professionals.

We had B&B build two patio covers for us, a Solid Gable and a Solid Studio with a total of 800 sq. ft. They also did 1350 sq. ft of pavers and 250 lineal ft. of drain lines. I waited a year to post this review so I could be absolutely positive that my project was perfect in every way. I am beyond a perfectionist and find it extremely challenging to find anyone that can meet my standards. Patios By B&B exceeded all my expectations and more. Paul and Jeff Goldman are the real deal. They are consummate professionals from start to finish. Communication between myself and B&B was almost instantaneous, I never had to wonder what was happening or have an unanswered question. I had a complicated backyard makeover including several simultaneous projects involving several contractors. The patio, paver and drain work was tied into a complete swimming pool remodel and required several city inspections and lots of rescheduling to accommodate the other contractors. Paul and Jeff have a complete satisfaction attitude and anything that was requested of them was taken in stride with a smile, they are very easy to work with. I am looking forward to B&B coming back this year to makeover my front yard.

Design Consultant Jeff Goldman was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous giving us options to choose from in the comfort of our home. His creativity and options gave us the chance to envision the proposed re-model of our exterior patio. The project was outstanding from demolition to completion! We highly commend the work of Jose Cascino & his partner Wilbur. They were respectful, hardworking, clean and dedicated to their job. If you are replacing a patio cover or are starting from scratch and want it done right, Patios by B&B is the company to use. We had an old wooden lattice type of cover which was way pasted needing to be replaced. We called in several contractors for bids. Paul, from B&B, was the only one on time for his scheduled appointment. Took his time to listen to what our ideas were and shared some ideas we had not considered and which we ended up incorporating into the final design. Paul spent the necessary time explaining what his company could do, the products available and construction process. He made sure we understood every aspect of the project and patiently answered all questions we had, and I seemed to have a few. Subsequent meetings to review drawings and costs were as professional as the first. He was the only contractor to do this. The others took five minutes with a calculator and that was the end of their presentation. Paul arranged for the final pre-project meeting to be held at the manufacture's show room, so I could get a better idea of the product to be used and the quality of the process. Once the project started, he was a man of his word. His crew started on time, finished on time, cleaned up daily as promised and was very friendly. Paul made sure the project went smoothly by showing up at least once a day to review the progress. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. We got what we wanted and paid for and more. We are extremely happy with the results. Paul, not only met our expectations but went way beyond. Therefore the five star rating.

We had several professional contractors come out to give us estimates for a new patio cover. Due to the configuration of the pool and the backside of our house, it proved to be a challenging design for all contractors except Patios By B&B. While the other contractors were unsure and said they needed to bring their in-house "engineer" out to look at the possibility of the design we needed, Paul Goldman of Patios by B&B knew it could be done! Because of Paul's vast experience, knowledge, and his creativeness he made our dream patio cover come to life. Also, we felt very comfortable with Paul the minute he came to the house. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and you know instinctively that you are in the BEST hands. We had such a FANTASTIC experience with Paul and his team that we are planning more work in the future such as new pavers for our driveway. Also, which is so important but overlooked by many contractors is cleanliness. Paul's team were neat and they cleaned up at days end each day. Now, that is remarkable!
