Total Craftsmen is a General Contractor Firm building quality residential additions, and exceptional home improvements in and around Baltimore, Maryland since 1989. We are a group of motivated and committed individuals who are dedicated to making your dream come true. Family pride and craftsmanship are combined in all of our work, providing you with the best quality at a price you can afford. President Patsy Pahr is "behind the scenes" at Total Craftsmen. She gained her experience while working for the Valley Craftsmen, Parrott Construction Co., and other small businesses. At the beginning of the recession of 2008, she lost her job of 20 years with Parrott Construction when it folded. Not willing to be defeated, and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she ventured forth and got her Contractors License, and opened the business. She hired her brother, and former boss, John Parrott, to head up the production portion of her new business. John Parrott, Vice President and Head of Production is the son and grandson of structural engineers; building is in John's blood. He combines his natural love for construction with years of building, excavating, and concrete work to offer clients help in all phases of residential construction. The father of four children, his family is his life. He spends time off mountain biking and kayaking, and coaching various sports teams for his kids.
