P.K. Architecture L.L.C. was established in September 2001. However, Paritosh Kumar, the principal of the firm, has about 30 years of experience in this field (including about three years of experience in Town Planning and Interior Design). We provide complete design build services where we are responsible for the design, engineering and construction of a project. We draw upon our experience with the industry’s leading Engineering firms to create a design build team customized to the needs and goals of your project. We provide a turnkey operation from design construction documents, building permits, construction management to the construction itself. As a one-stop-shop, we use preselected, top-notch sub contractors for efficient planning and construction. P.K. Architecture L.L.C. strives to create an environment that enhances the quality of life in that region, while preserving public health, safety and welfare. Our aim is to achieve all this within the client's budget and time frame, with due importance to quality control. We believe architecture best serves its purpose when the client/user of that space/environment has realized his highest aspirations. We did a complicated remodeling of the Master suite. We hired PK Architecture LLC. He was absolutely amazing as in the very first meeting he quickly understood exactly what we wanted and was able to put it on paper. We have dealt with a few different architects over last 30 years as I have been a general contractor as well as someone who has been involved in building a development from purchasing the land to design to execution. So I have been involved with a few different architects and to date this was the best experience I have had. Most architects have a habit of yesing you to death and putting what they think is best on paper. But PK is different, he really listens and makes sure he understands exactly what your vision is and follows through with it. He is also a true professional as he follows up to ensure that everything is going well with the project and makes sure to reassure you to call him if there are any issues. Thank you PK for not only putting our vision on paper but also for supporting us through creating this vision. We decided to convert our residential unused garage into a fresh new office space. We contacted Pk Architecture about the idea for our project. From the beginning Mr. Kumar came promptly and professionally on time to our home to discuss the plans, he offered us feedback and new ideas. As promised Mr. Kumar delivered the blueprint for the project and helped us throughout the permit application process. We are very happy with the results and their services, and we definitely recommend PK Architecture.

PK was very professional in all aspects of our project. He understood exactly what we needed from demolition to new construction. The blueprints were very precise and down to the last detail. Pk has excellent communication skills and fully understands building codes and ensured that there would be not issues with the town by actually going to the town to talk to the inspector prior to the build. "If someone is looking for designing/ architecture work for building their new home or renovating, there is no need to look any further. We hired them for the renovation of our home and the service we received was beyond our expectation. It is not easy to find companies like it today's environment. The motto that their job is not finished after the designing work was completed but rather getting involved throughout the construction process, paying attention to fine details, and recommending necessary changes, even it required resubmitting documents for additional approval, made us very happy. Monmouth and Ocean Home Renovations

Could not be happier with our choice of PK Architecture. Working with PK was a pleasure. PK took our rough floor plan design and made improvements that better utilized every square inch of floor space. Communication through out every phase thus far has been excellent with prompt and professional responses to any and all questions. I believe PK's experience working in the township helped expedite our zoning permit as his knowledge got us an approval on the first submission. Our expectations were exceeded and feel we received excellent value for our dollars spent. We expect our renovation based on PK's work will help us realize top dollar when our project is completed.

PK rescued me from a problem with the construction code inspector. My approved drawings for my reno were different from the as built. The inspector flagged the job and required new drawings and engineering certifications for some support beams. My original architect was no longer available. PK inspected the job arranged for an engineer to inspect and certify the beams. He even pointed out other construction issues that the inspector had not yet caught. The new drawings were approved and the inspection passed without a hitch.

We purchased a lot to be built on over 12 months ago. After working with several architects in the area to no avail, we met PK. Within 1 month of sharing our vision, PK had floor plans mapped out for my husband and I to review! PK’s professionalism, efficiency and follow thru has been impeccable ! Paritosh was very attentive and took all our ideas in consideration, we were pleased with his suggestions and guidance with our project. He was patient with our changes to the architectural drawings and the drawings themselves were so elaborate and thorough that even for someone who didn't understand much, the drawings were extremely self-explanatory. My husband and I retained the services of PK Architecture to design our dream home. After purchasing the property we met with Parry to talk about our vision for the home. We walked through the home and within 30 minutes PK had a concept and design. He conducted his research on the front end so that we knew the zoning limitations and the design would meet code specifications. We had the pleasure of working with PK architecture on the renovation to our home. The planning and Architectural process went very smoothly. They were very helpful and insightful. We met several times throughout the process to go through what we liked and did not like. Any concerns or questions that we had during the construction, PK Architecture came right by to answer them or discuss them over the phone with us. They were on site often to talk with the contractors on how things should be and what could be done and what could not be done. They are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for an architect to draw up plans for their home.

Trust, Patience and Precision are the first three words that come to mind when describing our experience with PK Architecture. We are first time homeowners and have recently embarked on a journey that consists of some serious home renovations including extending our living space. To paint a big picture the project includes a new kitchen, powder room, master bedroom with master bath, guest bedroom, laundry room and more....The detailed architectural drawings and amazing 3D rendering print, presented by PK Architecture to our town board (of our future home), had a tremendous impact in receiving approval for several variances required to move forward with this endeavor. Working with PK was great. He understands the customer's needs and is able to bring the vision to life in his blue prints. He is willing to give you ideas and also show you where you can save money.
