I hired Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath to renovate my master bath after interviewing three other vendors. My decision was based on both the detailed design and the clear breakdown between labor cost and the material cost in the contract and Kamil's excellent knowledge of the entire renovation process. Leo, the designer I worked with, is very detail-oriented and such a pleasure to work with. He listens to my input with great patience and carefully constructed the design with accurate measurements and 3D rendering. I have been going back and forth with Leo all the time to exchange design ideas, choose the granite countertop, faucet, and pieces needed for bathroom renovation. He never hesitated to change the design to help me visualize how the bathroom would look after the construction. Kamil, the owner of Prime Custom, has excellent knowledge of the entire construction knowledge and he used to be a plumber. He knows what can be done and what cannot be done in a renovation. During the design process, he provided a lot of good ideas, such as installing a mirror cabinet that serves both as a mirror and a cabinet instead of a mirror only. This design adds more storage space without increasing the cluster. During the construction, he serves as the quality controller and on-site designer. He suggested removing an unnecessary wall by the door that opened up a lot of space. Also, he constantly visits the job sites to do quality checks and has the job redone to meet the standards. At the time, the tub filler was installed too far away from the tub. He had them redo the installation. Now tub filler is right over the tub with no gap that can cause water to drip to the floor. Idris, the project manager, stayed on top of the scheduling of each task and kept me informed every day about the work schedule and what was done for that day. Whenever I had a question, I just texted him and he would respond immediately. When the granite I chose during the design became unavailable, Idris went with me to visit several vendors to try to locate the granite I wanted. Cesar, the lead contractor working on my bath renovation, is very competent and courteous. I was very worried about the demolition and hauling away of the trash since my master bath is located inside my master bedroom. The trash will have to be hauled away through my bedroom and be moved downstairs. They put up a plastic shield and covered the path and the entire demolition and trash removal was painless. Although it was still dusty, it was not bad at all. They cleaned up the job site every day. After the demo, they replaced rotten wood board, put up new insulation materials, and consulted me with any questions they may have. Along the way, they completed the project with great care and quality. I highly recommend prime custom for any construction work you may need for your home for its quality and value. In fact, I chose them again for my kitchen renovation. I cannot wait to see my beautiful kitchen.

Kamil and his team updated our kitchen. He responded to our additional needs even not related to kitchen, like removing some sink next to the garage. He came in frequently to supervise and also work himself, sometimes even after hours to finish earlier. He is a very reliable, sincere and amicable person open to communication at all times. We had a great experience with Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen renovation. We wanted a European-style kitchen and that is hard to find in this area. Most stores that sell European cabinets don't offer installation and you have to contract a company that knows how to work with European measurements. We found Prime Custom online and decided to make a visit to their showroom. We didn't have an appointment but that was no problem. Filiz explained to us that they take care of the entire process from design to finish. She showed us the kitchen lines they carry and Alusso is exactly what we wanted. We decided to have Filiz start the design process and gave her our requirements. When she came back with the first drawing it was evident that she had carefully listened to us. We also met Kamil, the owner. He is very involved with everything and said it is most important for him that his customers are happy. It convinced us that this was the right company to renovate our kitchen. The whole process went fast and smoothly. Not only did they have to replace the cabinets but they also had to change electrical wiring, plumbing, gas lines and vents. They also designed and built a unique gathering counter and incorporated some last-minute changes we requested without any issue. It is incredible how fast and skillful the crew delivered. Their project manager Idris was on top of everything and always kept us up to date with the schedule. He was very responsive and transparent. The entire renovation took just 20 days and the result is amazing. They transformed a generic dark builders kitchen into a light, spacious modern kitchen. It was a real pleasure to work with them! They always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. As far as we're concerned, they completely lived up to their "happy customer" principle.

We’re very pleased with all of the work done in our kitchen and family room. Prime Custom designed a new kitchen layout and built-ins for the family room and were very flexible throughout the project. The crews are polite and professional and do high quality work. We did have some schedule delays due to material availability, the project manager was sometimes difficult to contact, and the project manager changed partway through the work. However, when the owner learned about our concerns, he gave us his personal attention to ensure the work was completed to our standards. Overall, we’re very happy with the work and recommend Prime Custom for any home remodeling project.

Right from the start, Prime Custom listened to our vision of what we thought our bathroom remodeling would be like. They gave us a realistic expectation of what the cost would be like and incorporated our ideas in the project design. We were highly involved in the materials choices, down to the grout color. On the first day of the master bath project, we asked if we could incorporate a design change that we liked at the beach house we rented while we were on vacation. Kamil listened to us and immediately proposed an even better solution. It took them a day to change the plans — we are very happy with the final product. Prince Custom's quality of the workmanship is superb, everyone was respectful of our Covid-19 concerns and always masked-up when requested.

I have used this company on numerous occasions over the past year and i will not go anywhere else. I can call at 0800 in the morning with some crises and they always make sure to respond and fix it whether it be plumbing or electrical or anything in between! I am not a very low maintenance client (to be honest) and expect extremely high quality - they have hit the mark every time. Frequently, my projects include the latest in technology and they have always performed thorough research and come up with exactly the solution I needed!

I highly recommend Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath for kitchen remodel. They finished my kitchen remodel earlier this month and I am in love with my new kitchen. We started planning the remodel in January of 2021 and went to a few companies for quotes and to see their products. We thought what we wanted was only available if we went full custom kitchen route and spend way over our budget but Prime found the exact product that we wanted and kept us in our budget. DESIGN: Their designer Filiz Ince is extremely talented and knows kitchens inside out. She has really great ideas on how to upgrade from generic kitchen to a custom kitchen. She was very attentive to what I wanted in my kitchen and never once said "that's not how people do it", which I heard from other places. For example, I did not want corner upper cabinet and Filiz suggested Blind corner cabinet right away which was exactly what I wanted. She sat with me for a long time going over the full design, she pointed out the irregularities in my old kitchen (how sink wasn't centered to the window) and fixed them. She loves designing kitchens and It Shows. Due to COVID, our cabinets were coming in September even though we placed the order in April, Filiz kept in touch with us and updated us on any news from the supplier. She helped with choosing countertops, faucets, lights, and hardware. She is a full service designer! INSTALL: We decided to demo old kitchen ourselves to keep the costs down and Prime had no objection to it. They were happy to do as we wished. Kamil Osmanjan supervised the install of our kitchen. His guys were professional and skillful. Even the counter install people appreciated how perfectly level the cabinets were! The cabinet install took 3 days which included - uppers, lowers, island and Oven-Pantry wall units. They covered all the floors in my house before working and vacuumed each night before leaving. Even though we demoed the old kitchen ourselves, Kamil was still willing to fix some of the things we missed. He was very accommodating to our requests on the spot. For Example - he moved the gas line inside the wall so that it will not get in the way of my drawers (it helped that he is licensed). We also asked him to trim out the Pantry wall on the spot and he made the time to do it. We are very thankful to his expertise in kitchens. He gave us his number and always answered his phone. OVERALL: I will definitely hire them again for any remodel project in my house. They are a great team and know their skill to the core. We have learned so much going through this process and appreciate the Prime team for their work. PS - the vent hood cover is delayed by GE appliances, please imagine that it's covered!

We were very pleased with the job that Prime Custom Kitchen and Bath did for our kitchen design and remodel. This was a major remodel and investment so we took our time and got several estimates and different designs. We decided to go with PCK&B because of the reviews and recommendations and we also got to know Kamil and Feliz pretty well during the process and felt comfortable with them both. We had 2 remodels done, first was the upstairs master closet we changed a his/hers closet into one big walk-in closet by taking walls down and changing the lighting. They did a nice job on that one. We also had hardwood floors installed in the entire upstairs bedrooms and hallways. Again nice job we we’re both pleased by the end result and the floors look great. The kitchen was a massive remodel. We took down 2 major walls separating family room/kitchen and dining room/kitchen and we made one giant great room that ran the entire width of the back of the house. The kitchen was a galley style kitchen with a massive island running down the center. We ended up doubling our storage and cabinet space from the old kitchen. We can’t say enough how much we love our new kitchen. It’s just a joy to cook in and we really like the Fabuwood cabinets so far. That was also a deciding factor for us because we didn’t care for the stocked cabinets at other companies that we worked with but we liked the Fabuwood look and feel. Our family and friends who have seen it can’t get over the difference and how beautiful the kitchen is and how it’s transformed our entire main floor of the house. Overall the job was excellent and I thought that both Teagan and Kamil were responsive to any concerns we had and addressed them right away. With a job this big there are bound to be some hiccups but they really did respond well to our few concerns.

We highly recommend Prime Custom for any renovation project. Prime Custom handle the construction aspect of our kitchen renovation project. From the start of the demo to the last item on our punch list, we were thoroughly impressed with Prime Custom. Early on, it was clear to us that Kamil had been in the business over 20+ years. One of the attributes that I most appreciated about Kamil and his team was their ability to listen to my concerns and/or explain a certain installation or county code and provide reassurance that a particular item(s) would be done right and accordingly to the plan and our vision. In addition, we found Kamil’s team did not shortchange attention to detail. Our kitchen involved a ton of intricate moldings, to include all cabinet front door appliances, and unique electrical / lighting applications. They worked with us to ensure the end result met our every expectation. In addition, we found them to be very reliable and communicative throughout the entire project. I do not recall one time that they didn’t show up when they said they would. We highly recommend Kamil and his team and look forward to working with them on another renovation project in the near future.

Prime Custom renovated my master bathroom and I am thrilled with the final result! It has become like an in-house spa. I always feel like I'm at a fancy hotel when I'm in my bathroom now which makes me so happy. The quality of the work is great and if ever I had an issue with something, all I had to do was ask and it was resolved without question. Mauricio and Blanca are very hard workers and I enjoyed working with them during this process. The tile installers were also very impressive and even came on the weekend so as not to delay. Kamil, the owner, even did some of the work himself! The crew did their best to keep everything clean and I appreciated that the floors leading from the front door upstairs to the master bath were all covered to prevent any carpet damage or mess. The whole process took longer than what was stated in the contract but with COVID delays I do not fault the company. They still finished the work in 20 working days. My project manager, Teagan, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely polite and respectful. While we were waiting on one final piece of the bathroom to be delivered (tub), we self-installed a bidet attachment and accidentally dented the brand new tower cabinet with a wrench in the process (don't bring tools into your brand new bathroom!). The damage was on one drawer and even though the beautiful cabinetry comes with touch-up paint, we couldn't quite get it to look right. I showed Teagan and he took the drawer and got it repaired at no additional cost to us. You can't even tell that we dented it! I very much appreciated this service and it really shows that they care about their customers. I did feel I was a valued customer during the process. Not everything with the bathroom went smoothly. This is primarily attributed to the designer that was assigned my bathroom. She did not order things in a timely fashion, nor would she get back to me about things when she said she would. It was very frustrating and resulted in miscommunication to the team and things being ordered incorrectly or not ordered at all. This designer is no longer working at Prime. I don't hold this part of the experience against the rest of the team because they did all they could to remediate any issues the designer caused, and moving forward, there shouldn't be these issues. All in all, the bathroom looks amazing, I'm so pleased with the end result. A bathroom remodel like this is never inexpensive but Prime offered great value and service. I chose to use them over other design-build companies because they were most willing to help me try to be as close to my budget as possible and were transparent with pricing between labor and materials (as opposed to all the others who estimated an additional $10k+ and didn't itemize the labor/materials costs). Additionally, while they are more expensive than a non-licensed crew, to me paying extra for the licensing and people to organize the permitting and everything is worth it!

After listening to our wants and wishes they really were able to put a design together that fit our style perfectly. The quality was beyond what we expected. Kamil and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall work and Prime Custom made sure the work was coordinated (even during the pandemic) so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe they initially gave to us. We hired Prime Custom Kitchen and Bath to renovate our Kitchen from the ground up. Kamil explained to us the complete project plan and days his team would be working. With COVID, we were concerned about the health and safety of our young kids. Kamil and his team made sure they block the area and his team is wearing masks all the time. Prime Custom completed the project on the timeline - a complete kitchen renovation in exactly a month - started in early August and finished it in early September. The whole team was very professional and taken care of all the work. There were a few follow-up items, that Kamil came in with his experts and fixed it. With the help of the folks at Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom), I finally was able to remodel my kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms (hall bath / master bath). Prime Custom worked with me from the design phase of the projects, until the project was completed. I spent better than a month on the front end of the projects picking out the cabinets, hardware, sinks, tile, quartz counter tops, electrical, plumbing, etc. The upfront work really helped when the project started so as not to have too many questions as the projects moved along. The designers, general contractor (Kamil), plumber, electrician, tile installer, painter, the professional cleaner at the end of the projects, and others were very professional, easy to work with and did a very nice job. There were a couple of follow-up items after the projects were completed, but again, Kamil made sure that the work was completed in a timely manner.

My wife and I recently hired Kamil and the Prime Custom team to do a full kitchen gut/renovation. TWe had a very old, segmented kitchen original to the 1950s home, and the project included knocking out a couple walls; reinforced joists; reconfigured plumbing; house electrical and lighting; and finished floors. The end result was a high-end kitchen, as Prime Custom brought an attention to detail to match the luxury components. The kitchen was beautifully done, and Kamil's project management, knowledge, and craftsmanship helped keep the project on schedule as well. Prime Custom was dependable, listened to our questions, and kept us in the loop the whole time. They listened carefully to what we wanted in the space. The most important part of our experience was their responsiveness and flexibility for options. We were always provided choices, and were able to save in some areas and splurge in others all while staying on budget.

We used Prime Custom to install recessed lights in five rooms of our home based on a positive prior experience with Kamil, on our kitchen and bath remodel. In the fall of 2017, my wife and I contracted with the USA Cabinet Store in Chantilly, VA to remodel our kitchen. At that time, Kamil Osmanjan was a partner and Master Craftsman with the Chantilly franchise and Quinette Hoag was one of their Kitchen and Bathroom Designers. Fortunately for us, Kamil and Quinette were assigned to our project and it was a pleasure working with both of them throughout the duration of our kitchen remodel. Their attention to detail and involvement in our project was noteworthy. Needless to say, we are still completely satisfied with our new kitchen and are constantly reminded of their talent and dedication to their trade! Fast forward to late 2019 and early 2020: My wife and I decided in 2019 that we wanted to remodel our master bathroom, and as usual, I wanted three bids from qualified and licensed contractors to do this work. Without naming contractors, I requested proposals from two reputable remodeling companies and then set out to locate Kamil and Quinette as they had both left the employment of the USA Cabinet Store in Chantilly. To our good fortune and pleasant surprise, we discovered that Kamil had opened his own kitchen and bath showroom and remodeling company called “Prime Custom Kitchen and Bath Remodeling” located in Sterling, VA and that Quinette was also working for him part time on his design team as she also freelances as a Design Consultant for other customers as well. What did we think about locating Kamil and Quinette? In two words: Home Run! We started discussions with Kamil and Quinette about concept designs and the materials we were interested in using for our bathroom remodel and requested a scope of work and design/build proposal for our project. We already knew that Kamil and Quinette had an eye for detail and exquisite taste in materials so we knew that their design and material suggestions would be in line with our expectations. At this point, we were hopeful that their cost proposal would be competitive with the other two proposals we had already solicited from other companies. On January 17th we received Prime Custom’s cost proposal which proved to be fair and reasonable and in line with our construction budget, therefore, we signed the contract with them to lock in the labor costs and commence procuring the materials necessary to support the project. On February 5th, demolition began and the project was completed in phases over roughly two months including two minor change orders which were requested and negotiated based on changing conditions and the expanded design, disciplines and materials required to complete our bathroom remodel. To date we are enjoying our beautiful bathroom and the project has been completed except for the installation of custom framing around the recessed medicine cabinets which is designed to complement our vanity. Unfortunately, the delivery of the custom framing has been impacted by the shuttering of many businesses due to the Covid-19 pandemic and is in no way a negative reflection on Prime Custom. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the design and materials selected for our new bathroom and with the workmanship of all the quality Prime Custom tradesmen assigned to our project. My husband and I are very happy with update to our kitchen and mud room. All trades were courteous, professional, and considerate if our home. We had our cabinets painted (gorgeous), lights moved and new pot lights installed. We also added a new cooktop, sink with faucet, knobs and pulls. As the biggest part of the job was adding an updraft and a hood, Prime Customs built the bulkhead and matched the moldings to our current trim work. Great quality. If you’re wondering why we gave a “4” and not a “5”, it is because the inspector had to make a couple of trips for the final inspection of the piping for the hood. We recommend Prime Custom.

Aaron worked with me directly to make sure that everything was up to par, even with my busy work schedule. He really took the time to make the design ideal for me, with all the specific items I asked for. I’m very happy with how my bathroom turned out, and I really love the space now and how luxurious it feels.

We recently moved into an older home, but it needed some major updates, so we hired Prime Custom to completely remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. They provided ideas for materials, hardware finishes, and designs for us to choose from in their showroom. This was our first major home renovation, and Aaron was great at helping us through the process and keeping us in the loop as work was being done. My husband and I had a lot of questions as first-time renovators on a budget, but Aaron and Kamil were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of them. We were impressed with how efficiently the team worked together to get things done on time. They handled everything—complete demo, countertops, tile, a kitchen island—pretty much the works. We wanted one company to handle all the updates since we were having three rooms remodeled and Prime Custom really were professionals and made the whole thing stress free for us.

I have bought a kitchen cabinet recently from the Store. They offered me so many choices in order to get a custom cabinet for my kitchen. Their products are excellent quality. I impressed from designer as well since he gave me good advice, made me a good and best choice by giving advices. He is very professional on the cabinet line. In addition, they constructed meticulously the cabinets as promised. I was impressed by their attention to our detailed design and I am so happy with them. highly recommended.
