Richard recently completed an extensive renovation and addition for us--creating a high-end 1200 sq ft. in-law apartment and a new screened porch. We are more than pleased with the end result--beautiful finishes, strong attention to detail. He partnered well with our architect to address a myriad of challenges along the way. He's a dedicated problem solver and worked with us to find the best and most cost-effective options. All of his subcontractors were highly professional both in the quality of their work and in their on-site demeanor. We would happily work with him again should the opportunity arise.

Richstone Home & Modeling did an amazing job helping to restore our 150+ year old home. They updated electricity, plumbing, structure, made cosmetic improvements and completely gutted and re-worked large sections of the house. Throughout the process, Richstone was professional, thoughtful and attentive to our needs as the homeowner. They listened to our comments and made important suggestions. I feel that Richstone treated our home as if they would treat their own. Truly a concierge-level experience.

Richstone remodeled a large, high quality master bathroom in my condominium apartment. They helped me plan the scope and specifications of the work and installed new fixtures, tile, and hardware. They worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. They came on time and completed the work on time. They used workmen whose quality of work was up the standard of high end construction. They protected the furniture, fixtures, and construction nearby the new construction and from the front door to the new construction site. I was very pleased.

Richard is, simply put, the best. He's done work for me over the years, including a new (award winning) front porch, family room renovation, & other smaller projects, like pull down attic stairs. We built our house from scratch with Richard. During the process, it was almost painless. Richard is a perfectionist !! The project took a little longer than projected but the outcome was worth the wait. We have been living in the house for over 10 years. I can honestly say that the quality is outstanding. We did another project with Richard (Laundry Room) and we have nothing but praise with the outcome. It actually won 1st place in a local magazine. So if you have the time and want the quality. I would not hesitate to use Richstone Builders.
