We hired Rob and his team at Renaissance South to do a kitchen/master bath/laundry room renovation for us. I knew from the first telephone conversation that these guys were a great fit and would do a fantastic job for us...and they did, from beginning to end! They earned everyone of these five stars and then some. The initial meeting included a thorough walkthrough and discussion of the project requirements. Shortly thereafter, they came back with a thorough, well-documented proposal. The project started "on-time". We had a dedicated "on-site" project manager, who was here everyday and oversaw the project through completion. This was a great touch, and really paid benefits in keeping things on schedule and moving along. It also allowed for us to have day-to-day interaction and immediate feedback. I could go on and on about the overall great job that Renaissance South did, but will stop short and simply say, that if you are looking for a fantastic team to work with; these are your guys!

Renaissance South Construction did an excellent job with the building of our house. After having a house fire and having to rebuild our entire house unexpectedly, we were quite overwhelmed. Rob Crawford made an extremely busy and difficult situation much simpler. He helped us along the way with everything we needed and worked with our architect with all the details. The project stayed on track and we moved in to our house on our expected move in date. He is organized, listens and follows through. His work exceeds outstanding! I was extremely satisfied with Rob, his workers and all the workmanship put into our house. I love the final product and Rob made the whole process a pleasure and easy.

We used RSC for what we thought was a simple window replacement project however the project turned into an extensive termite repair of multiple floors and issues. With Rob's outstanding expertise and skilled crew, this project remain manageable both emotionally and financially. Rob's estimates for the project were spot on and if an unforeseen problem occurred ( which were many), Rob and his crew kept us in the flow of conversation which prevent any further surprises.

I have used Renaissance South for two major projects in the last year. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, on-budget, and provide quality work. I especially like that they did such a good job supervising my project while we were not in residence and ensured that nothing was damaged or missing. They provided regular updates and were readily available to answer questions or make changes. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

Rob and his crew refurnished 3 bathrooms, the south facing bay windows on 2 floors and the front porch due to advanced rot and leakage. Major structural modification was accomplished on the kitchen to open it up to the dining area. All this was accomplished within a time limit and budget on our Charleston City townhouse. Its been nearly 2 years and all is well. If you want the job on your property done right call Renaissance South Construction

Renaissance South Construction's team is professional and honest about everything they do for your project. They provide in depth, detailed bids specific for your project. They explain the process. For our office specifically, they have come in at the last minute and bid on a difficult project. And, in the end won that project. We are in construction and, as the architect, I have enjoyed working with them because of their professionalism. They are looking forward to see potential problems and we are all working together to solve the issues so we don't have a larger problem later in the project. I am confident that the completed home will be the high quality construction the owners are expecting.

They were professional and all work was done to my satisfaction. When there was a delay (because of a recalled appliance), it was quickly communicated and alternative solutions were considered.
