We hired Rosalie and the team at urban sensations project managed a revamp of our house. The work was of high-quality and completed on time & to the agreed budget with only a couple of necessary variations. No matter how carefully you plan, not even Rosalie can control everything - but she & her team come close. They kept the work on track & kept us informed throughout. Rosalie even fought our corner when the countertop we ordered independently was not the right size. Everyone at Urban Solutions was professional, courteous, timely and just plain nice. Without Urban Solutions we would not have completed our renovation in such a short time (6 weeks) or so well. Don’t let the ‘property porn’ TV shows fool you! It’s hard work finding skilled, reliable & available tradespeople. It’s hard to coordinate everyone to be on site & completing their tasks so work flows smoothly. Urban Sensations does all that for you. The cost that an experienced professional project manager adds is absolutely worth the money. The overall job may end up costing more than you originally hoped because Urban Sensations will know to build in all the costs, not just the big ticket items. And if you change your mind, that always adds to the cost. One thing i recommend if you have not worked with a project manager before is to check that the scope of work lists every single thing you want. Don’t assume it is covered unless it says so. That is your job as the client. I was caught out by a couple of minor things that had been discussed but did not make it into the written scope. A rookie mistake. I urge you to save your sanity - and possibly your marriage - by hiring Urban Solutions to do your next renovation. They will be doing all of ours! In fact Rosalie ended up managing a second reno on our next property when we found asbestos & needed a new kitchen & bathroom - fast.! Thank you Urban Sensations.

I Have worked with Urban sensations (Rosalie ) as her cabinet maker for many years and can easily say that its always organised , sites are tidy . Rosalie for us puts a lot of input and passion in designing the joinery to get the best result .

I've know Rosalie at Urban Sensations for quite a while now and I love working with her, I actually get the pleasure to photograph her projects just after they are completed and before tenants move in. So I get to see the finished result and while I may seem in a biased position, I can honestly say that I love working with her and seeing what she is able to do to these investment properties, on tight budgets she is able to fully transform these places for her clients and the finished result is always excellent. I can tell she really cares. Rosalie is always more than a pleasure to deal with, we get along really well as she is always very nice and chatty which I love and I would certainly use her to renovate in the future for my own property that's for sure.

Rosalie made repairs for a townhouse that had water damage. I am out of the country but Rosalie took care of everything coordinating with the insurance company tenant and management company. The repairs were done on time and budget. I don't know how I would have arranged this without Rosalie. Another great job Rosalie your the best.
