Studio seARCH is a small architecture practice based in Finsbury Park, north London. We work across all London boroughs including Hackney, Islington, Camden, Haringey, and Tower Hamlets and further afield, and have completed projects in Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Kingston upon Thames and beautiful rural Ireland. We believe that architecture is about the relationship between people and our environments, and that by working in close partnership with our clients we can search for and reveal the opportunity hidden in each individual project. Space in London is at a premium and we believe your space should work as hard as it can to enhance your life. Together we will search for the solution to better living. Studio seARCH builds upon a rich and varied body of award winning work completed by the founding director, Sara Edmonds, in previous practices.

I got in touch with Sara for the conversion of the our garage and shed. We were not very clear about what we wanted to achieve and Sara helped us to evaluate all the different options. She came up with different solutions, which were at the same time very creative and practical - Sara has a great technical knowledge paired with an amazing creative flair! She is a very easy person to work with - calm, professional, thorough and endlessly patient and we always felt valued and listened to. I highly recommend Studio Search!

Sara was everything we wanted in an architect. She responded quickly to us in all communications but gave her time in an unrushed way during site visits. She was positive and solution focused. She included me and my ideas in the process in a genuine way. I didn't feel patronised or excluded out of the creative process for not being an architect myself. Sara was easy to work with around my young family as well and even held my baby during site visits. She's warm and friendly and best of all- knows her stuff.

So delighted we went with Studio seARCH for our side and back return extension. Sara really listened to what we wanted to get out of the space and she came up with lots of ideas that we hadn't thought of, even creating a full extra bedroom that we never thought would be possible! Most importantly, all her ideas really take into consideration 'living' and how the space will be used. Can't recommend enough!

We worked with Sara over a period of 14 months to plan and execute a side return knock out and kitchen upgrade in our London terraced house. Her advice, creative vision, project management, people skills, tenacity and attention to detail were critical to the success of the project. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we thoroughly recommend her.
