Schrock’s built me s home 3 years ago. They did an excellent job and were very professional. However I am especially impressed with their service. I had an issue with a pipe. They came and fixed the problem 3 years later. Not a lot of contractors would do that. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to build. Top notch company.

We recently had Allen Schrock & Sons build our dream retirement home. Outstanding and attention to detail are two things that come to mind. It was such a pleasant experience from the design phase all the way to completion of our home.. Brad listened and put all of our thoughts and ideas as to what each of us wanted into our new home. The binder that was provided made all of our selection deadlines much easier and the names, phone numbers of preferred vendors was very helpful. I retired from a construction career and we both thought we were very organized but Allen Schrock & Sons were the most organized group of builders that I had ever been associated with. Every sub contractor expressed the same sentiment. I have to admit that every subcontractor from their list was great. Both Brad and Mark were attentive to our requests and building questions thru out the entire building process. I would never recommend any other builder than Allen Schrock & Sons to build your new home. They were simply outstanding. We have lived in our new home now for 7 months now and there is not one design we would have done differently! They not only have the best quality but their professionalism and honesty is unsurpassed. Allen Schrock & Sons built us a beautiful home. We worked mostly with Brad. He was very easy to work with and he had wonderful suggestions. Their subs were great also. This was the 2nd home we have had built, and this time it was a very enjoyable experience and we love our new home.

After living in rural Congerville for 43 years and using Allen Schrock and Sons Builders for several home projects and additions, my wife Julie and I knew we wanted to contract with Allen Schrock & Sons Builders to build our "retirement" home in the Lakes at Oak Valley. We drew up the "rough" draft plans. Then after several meetings with Brad Schrock, he developed those ideas into working blueprints before construction started. Brad was a tremendous help in keeping the build on budget, providing skilled and talented craftsmen, and use of superior materials. Julie and I are both extremely happy with the building process and the finished project. We have complete confidence in Allen Schrock & Sons Builders and would use their company again. The employees of this company are caring, personal, and professional.

Very professional, built the project correctly from the beginning to the last final detail. We interviewed area contractors that could not build our project to spec, Allen Schrock & Sons could and did. We interviewed area contractors that could not build our project to budget, Allen Schlock & Sons did. Our total experience was excellent.

Schrocks and their crews always performed their work in a timely manner. But probably most important they took great pride in the work they were doing. They treated my home and everyone who entered with respect and courtesy. They did exemplary work at a good price, and I would recomended them to anyone.

Our home building experience with Allen Schrock & Sons could best be described this way---if we were to build a home again, without question, we would use Schrock again. We found our building experience to be a positive one. A few of the positives that stood out to us were--- ..we felt they were listening to us in the design phase. They were patient with us to get the design we had hoped. ..once the project began, except for rain delays or other weather related issues, the construction time schedule was followed and never did we ask ourselves--where are they? ..the selection phase was very organized and a binder presented to us after design plan approval that detailed all of the selections to be made by us, the date the selection was needed, preferred vendors, the budget, names and phone numbers of the vendors to meet with. This process was extremely helpful, organized, and eliminated all confusion of what was needed from us. ..the subcontractors were carefully chosen by Schrock and were very good to work with as well. ..to personalize our new home, we requested Schrock to use use barn wood that was removed from the barn on the family farm back home. They graciously worked with us to accomplish exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more happier with the result. They built for us the stairway and landing to the lower level, the fireplace mantel, the downstairs bar and bar top, and a sliding barn door. ..we felt comfortable they were making choices with our best interest and money in mind. ..the wrap up and final punch list was completed very timely. We are very happy with our new home and the relationship we had with Allen Schrock & Sons in our building process.

We've recently celebrated 1 year in our home built by Allen Schrock & Sons. Having no previous experience in the building process, we interviewed several companies to evaluate our options and learn as much as possible about the quality standards, cost models and design types. We are absolutely satisfied with our decision to work with Schrock's for the following reasons: 1) Project manager to manage the entire design and building process - with applied experience that he uses to consult. We took over a year to work through this process, which is exceptionally long, however Brad was incredibly patient and constantly updated our design to ensure 100% satisfaction. This personal touch of patience was incredible and reassuring. 2) Quality standards are built into processes that they will not waiver on, even if requested to save cost. Schrock explains the reason for their quality requirements as it sets them apart from other builders. We appreciated the firm consultation on those items that were critical to a quality home for our family. 3) Flexibility was a huge draw in working with this company. Brad was great to check in with us at each milestone to make sure we were still on the same page. If we had any desired changes, he would work them in at that time. This was huge as the decision making process can be overwhelming if the builder doesn't break it down for the customer. 4) Schrock has some solid relationships with area suppliers and although not exclusive, ir was amazing to have referrals as a starting point. In almost all cases, these referrals provided the best cost for quality product. In all cases, the estimates were handled professionally & respectfully. You can tell this company has worked hard to establish solid relationships with only suppliers they can rely on. Overall, we would use Allen Schrock & Sons if we ever decided to build another home. Not only is our quality home something we are so satisfied with, the process and trusted partnership are the peace of mind needed when creating a home for our family. The best around!

I knew Allen Schrock & Sons would make us a beautiful home. The homes we has seen had so many details and so much personality. Their trim work was absolutely perfect! What I was not prepared for was how much fun we had while building. Brad's communication skills and organization made it really easy to relax while building our house. We were given a binder at the beginning of building that made it easy to follow the process and keep up with the decisions we needed to make. I really appreciated how organized they were. I highly recommend their business. They are great builders and even greater people!

Wonderful builders. Very easy to work with. They always double checked on details and answered all my questions efficiently! They offered excellent ideas! Their work was of the highest quality. I would recommend them over and over again!
