Beautiful rugs. I have purchased several rugs, many that I have enjoyed for years. They have professionally cleaned them - from picking them up and relaying them in my home. Great to work with.

While stationed in Turkey between 1974-1976, we purchased several hand-tied "oriental" carpets. Over the years these had been gathering dirt, dust, and even spilled KoolAid! We heard that Pineville Rug Gallery could clean Turkish Carpets so we called. They not only did a superb job and got all the dirt and stains out, they even repaired the fringes, picked up the carpets and dropped them off and even rolled them out for us in our home. We mentioned we were looking for one more carpet for our entry hall. They found one exactly as we described and brought it for a free, in-home trial. We loved it. Bought it. And it still welcomes our guests. We love this gallery, the owners, and their staff. All highly qualified professionals. I give them my highest endorsement and recommendation.

We have a beautiful Turkish carpet we purchased when my husband was stationed in the US Air Force there in 1974-76. We hadn't had it professionally cleaned since, but we have moved numerous times, raised four sons, and acquired a couple of small dogs in need of potty training. We took it to Prineville Rug Gallery for cleaning and repair of the fringe. They did a magnificent job and the rug looks as good as it did when we purchased it over 40 years ago! When they delivered the cleaned and repaired carpet, I showed them the adjacent entry hall and the living room on the other side of the foyer. We had been looking for a octagonal oriental carpet for the front hall to accentuate the colors of the Turkish carpet and to bring out the colors in our formal living room. A week or so later we had a call that they had found exactly the carpet we described and they offered to bring it to our home for a "trial period" to see how the colors matched and the how the carpet fit our foyer. It was a perfect fit, both in color and size. He insisted that we wait a week to make sure it was perfect and, of course, it was and we happily purchased the octagonal carpet. Great store, great service, very reliable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable about carpets and rugs. I would certainly give them my highest endorsement without reservation.
