Wow where do I begin. It took me nearly a year after this traumatic experience to write this review. I don't think there are enough words allowed to go into detail on all the problems I had. My remodel was a complete nightmare thanks to Sincere Home Decor. The materials had a variety of defects, including chipped wood, unpainted portions, and stained countertops. Wood panels were sent to us that didn’t match the rest of the cabinets. The countertop was installed improperly. Several pieces of the cabinet arrived months after our initial order. Sincere failed to provide the necessary customer service to resolve these issues and continually refused to accept any sort of responsibility for the issues we were having. Please, for the sake of your sanity, shop elsewhere.

I don't recommend the vendor. Some bad experience with Sincere based on my experience: I don't think the vendor and its sales are qualified to support home decor: 1. You can't call their sales directly when there is some issue because they are busy. The phone call is always to the Oakland office. I called four time yesterday to solve urgent issue. no success to get in touch with Sincere sales. If you don't might to spend couple hours to start your problem solving. you can consider Sincere. 2. I did experience installation issue with their pre-made cabinet. You can choose the size you want. But they don't care what is the heigh of your ceilings or the dimension of your door. They just sell. How to move and install them is your problem even though there is obvious problem for you to install. i didn't see any remind until you find it when you experience it. The explanation I got from Bao is: it is pre-made cabinet and the size is confirmed by you. I don't recommend the vendor definitely.
