Sovereign Construction Services, llc is a building & remodeling company. We offer friendly personal service and can complete a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects. We are NARI certified, a PA licensed home improvement contractor (#12696) , & EPA certified as lead safe renovators. Additionally we proudly partner with Wellborn Cabinetry as a authorized contractor. We welcome the opportunity to start a conversation about your specific building or remodeling needs.

Working with Sovereign Construction on the remodeling of our powder room was the best experience we’ve had with any of our home renovation projects. The whole process was organized and efficient. Sovereign is a great company to work with. We hired them to make a structural repair to our basement and to renovate our master bathroom. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Steve is responsive, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. He is a great listener, has a great sense of style, and he makes recommendations that are within your budget. He is thorough and is very respectful of your home. When the project is complete, your home is clean and put back as it was.

Sovereign Construction has completed several projects at our home including installing a sliding class door, installing iron ballisters, changing light fixtures and hardware, and installing a new faucet and garbage disposal, to name a few! Steve and Jared have always been professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Jobs have exceeded our expectations and we are already starting a new list of upcoming projects!

I hired Steve to renovate the master bathroom. Steve was amazing to work with. He was patient with me as we went through the design and pricing process. Once the project started, he and his crew were professional and friendly. They were there every morning with smiles on their faces and ready to go. At the end of every work day, Steve reviewed what was done and what was on schedule for the next day. If they were going to be late, they called. They requested my input on many items of the project. They made sure I was happy with the progress every step of the way. I would definitely hire him again.

Sovereign Construction has done many projects at my house over the years. Steve's expert advise and patience has helped me thru each project. He is very thorough, neat, organized and timely. I cannot say one bad word about him. He has replaced floors, windows, countertops, sinks, faucets and the list goes on. I would highly recommend Sovereign Construction!

I have use Sovereign at least three times (thus far). They have done wall repair, replaced front and rear (sliding) doors, shutters, counter tops, bathroom vanities, laundry and kitchen floors. I recommend Steve without hesitation and expect to use them again.

Sovereign Construction recently did some work on our new home including replacing carpet with hardware, installing granite counter tops and piping propane to our new range. Everything was extremely well done. The work started when Steve said it would, all surprises were dealt with quickly and we weren't hit with any change orders we didn't specifically ask for. We've already started another list of items for Sovereign to work on. I'd recommend Sovereign to anyone looking for help from small projects to large additions.

A commenté : Rug IssueAssuming that you are looking for a large area rug that fits the room and will provide a soft surface for kids & pets with out covering the beautiful hardwood floor entirely......most carpet store...
