We believe that everyone should love where they live. Studio Miel is a full service interior design and decorating firm. We create meaningful, original spaces for our clients including: interior design and decorating, color consultation, art installation, custom pillows and upholstery, furniture sourcing and special events. Friends since our college days, we have always shared an obsession-like love for well-styled homes. We launched District Work|Shop in 2012, specializing in sourcing vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture and textiles for custom pillows, benches and refurbishing projects. As we grew our business, the demand for our well-balanced interiors grew with it! With a growing portfolio of full-scale design projects, we launched Studio Miel in 2017. Our passion is making the big picture a reality. We harness your vision and taste to create a space you enjoy spending time in. We consider lighting, layout and color as we work happily alongside your architect and contractor to make sure that your style is reflected in all phases of design and construction. We make a room look and feel better by taking our time to get every last detail right. We seamlessly blend family heirlooms with newly acquired items so that you end up with a look that is thoughtful and lived-in.
