I used Symmetry 4 years ago for my 1st home and was so happy with my experience so I of course used them again for my new home. Lisa Muscarella, our designer couldn't have been a better partner in designing, advising and executing our spaces. As a self described organizational nerd she leaned into my desire for everything to be put away right away, while consistently keeping me mindful of function and pausing to see how my family used the space. Lisa was available 24/7 to address changes, start new projects and give lots of advice. The installer team was an absolute pleasure- not only did they answer all my questions- but they were COVID cautious and very neat!

We moved during the pandemic and realized that while we had a lot more space overall, we lacked sufficient surface storage. We found Symmetry Closets via Google and Lisa visited promptly to spearhead the measurements on a number of projects we had in mind. She was extremely patient and flexible, and we quickly learned to trust her knowledge and expertise. We moved forward with five (5) separate projects- which amazingly did not include a closet- consisting of an entertainment center, dining room pantry, bookshelf, bar cabinet and home office. The work was completed over two and a half days by Carlos, Jarek and Gerardo. They were extremely professional, polite, considerate and respectful of the home. The end product was so impeccably measured and designed and painstakingly and consistently installed that opinions varied as to which was the best. We definitely recommend Symmetry Closets to anyone looking to enhance a space.

Carlos & Gerardo got to our home on time as scheduled. They were courteous and and diligent with the installation of our master bedroom closets. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. No complaints, I would strongly recommend them.

Everything came out just as planned for the walk-in closet. Installers were courteous and neat. Work took a little longer than expected but that was due to one of the saws crapping out on them and having to run to store to purchase a new one. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to their being a drawer that wasn't finished yet and being short a shelf. Otherwise, it is exactly what my wife and I wanted. Our designer, Dawn, was patient and understanding. She was willing to work within our budget and made cost -conscious suggestions.

This is the third closet Symmetry did in our house. Dawn was great to work with and helped me design a great closet while staying in my budget. They are very efficient with scheduling and confirmed before all appointments Scott did the install and even did some cleaning on a shelf in the kitchen pantry that was stained
