At our initial meeting many months ago, we had a lovely long chat and you really listened to what I wanted to achieve and my vision for our family home. It was clear from the outset that you were keen to help me create my dream rather than push a specific ‘interior design’ style on me, allowing me to put my personality forward and ‘getting me’, embracing my ideas wholeheartedly. The house was not an easy project to take on, but your incredible expertise made it seem effortless. The journey was fun, exciting and so enjoyable - choosing fabrics, furniture, artwork and accessories should have been quite daunting for me, but was made so much less so by you and I was completely confident with your advice and knew I was in very capable hands! From the beginning, the process has been executed with absolute professionalism, enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail and, of course, such creativity and talent, not only with my ‘front line’ contacts (Lucy, Claire and Amy), but from all the wonderful L & C team behind the scenes that I know have had an input into our project - truly impressive. This is how working with interior designer's should be! Stress-free and a pleasure from the outset - they were really approachable and listened when we explained the look of the project and the overall 'feel' that we were hoping to achieve. The whole team got involved to produce a beautiful and most importantly - a very 'welcoming' home. The install was on-time, in-budget and professionally carried out. We realised we needed expert help in decorating our new house. Having already seen and loved L&C's amazing work in other houses, we knew they had extensive experience at designing for houses like ours.
