Tinez is owned by Ruben and Jessica Martinez who are courteous, professional and highly skilled at their crafts and in project management. Jessica took the lead on the interior design and Ruben took the lead on demolition, construction, etc. My house is more than 7,000 square feet and although relatively new, didn't appeal to me in the state that I purchased it. I wanted a more open, light and contemporary look, so we gutted it and invested about a million dollars in the remodeling mostly interior but also to some extent exterior and full re-landscaping. I have received many compliments on their work and I continue to call on them to handle small and mid-size projects. We are now installing a power back-up generator and other miscellaneous maintenance and repairs. Tinez employs highly skilled and professional staff as well and I would certainly recommend them for projects large and small.

We worked with Tinez Construction to renovate a small building on our property to be a laundry room and home office. Ruben and his team helped us through every step including getting the permits - and revisions of those permits! - from the city. Ruben took the time to explain when unexpected things came up (and they always do!), gave us different options, and was generally communicative and prompt in responding to questions and concerns. His crew were respectful of our property and friendly. And the results are wonderful! We'll definitely use Tinez Construction the next time we have a renovation project come up!

Ruben Martinez of Tinez Construction is professional, honest and has been a pleasure to have working on our home. We have been renovating 2 bathrooms, our kitchen as well as replacing our windows and doors and our flooring. This has involved structural work, electrical, plumbing among others and all work so far has been done extremely well. I highly recommend them for projects both small and large.

We took over three moths to choose a GC. And Tinez did not let us down. Tinez fulfilled both the professional needs we had given the buildings and cities strict permit needs and the attention to detail that we needed given we were out of state for the job. They also did a good job in understanding our design astheticn and budget and coming to the table with solutions to satisfy both. We would recommend Tinez for your home or apt renovation.
