My experience as a client of Urbanist Architecture was extremely positive. From the outset I found the team professional, efficient and responsive. They carefully considered the planning remit and worked to achieve a suitable design liaising with the planning officer and myself. They were very efficient at keeping me informed of all the stages to achieve a successful outcome. I can highly recommend them.

We reached out to Urbanist having had our initial planning permission rejected by our local council. Urbanist's customer services was amazing. Ana Popovic was lead on our project, she was always quick to respond, keen to answer all questions and always on top of our planning application, following up with the council and ourselves as required. Our planning has now been approved and we are incredibly happy with Urbanist's service.

A++++ Wonderful Company to work with. Knew exactly what we wanted and had the ability to deliver it. We went with two other Architects before and both took me for a ride. I have managed to find UA on line, and after a quick search on there web page I was sure they are the right company for my project. I needed help with Retrospective Planning Application which we managed to Granted few months after. Excellent customer service by Urbanist Architechture. Their standards are very impressive.Ipek was most helpful all the way. She is a great architect with truly in-depth knowledge of her field. The whole team is very Customer orientated. Anna was also helpful and always polite. It would be a pleasure to work with them on any future projects.

I used Urbanist architecture after having been previously given poor advice from another service- so naturally I was quite wary of using another service - my Planning needs were of a specialised nature an Ana from Urbanist was able to confidently help me to navigate the planning complexities to successfully gain me the planning permission needed for my project. I would most definitely recommend Urbanist for your planning needs.

I found working with Adam and Ufuk a pleasure and their understanding of the planning process especially in a difficult conservation area; tested all their skill sets and some! They managed the design intention beautifully through the planning application stage; addressed the core planning considerations of the project and kept in touch with the planners to arrive at a design that the Council and I were happy with. In the end planning permission secured and a job well done.
