Read your contract carefully! Pretty deceiving sales process. We have done many remodeling projects in the past and this has by far been the worst. I have never been accused of lying by a contractor. More important, we never felt that they had the customer’s best interest in mind. If not clear from the above, we HIGHLY discourage people from using Granite Transformations.

Zero stars actually. I wouldn’t never recommend this company to anyone I know. Communication is key, and this company it’s very poor when it comes to that. Oh but the communication was on point when selling product, when it was time to apply and sign. But everything after that was horrible. I had to reach out to get exact dates on when measurements and instal would happen. The day measurements were suppose to happen, I hear from no one. No one reached out to confirm our appointment. And no one showed up. UNTIL well after my appointment time, and unfortunately the measurements had to be rescheduled for the following day. Very disappointing, especially since I took time off work for this appointment. THEN, when it’s time to do the actual install, or course, I hear from no one. Ive reached out to customer service multiple times, and I get a different story every time. Now I’m waiting on a manager to call back. That was over and hr ago and he was suppose to be calling 10 mins after I spoke with customer service. Again, I took another day off work for this.

Very pleased from the initial consultation to completion. The guys (Brad and Nino) that did the remodel were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and produced quality work. They cleaned up at the end of each work day... it was a 2-week project. They came in on budget and met the completion deadline.

The service was excellent. From sales to installation. Top notch company. I love my island and half wall top. Makes me smoke every day! I would use them again!!

I am thrilled at my new counter tops! I had very busy, dark granite counter tops before; now have white with a little gray. It has lightened up my whole kitchen. I loved it took such little time: 1 day for template; 1 day install counter tops; 1 day plumbing. I would recommend your own plumber. I used year w/o any interest plan; this way its like a car payment. They are honest; had a coupon that had not been put in to estimate by mistake and they honored it sent me a check for the coupon amount. So glad I did this remodel project.

Very efficient and personable. This company is responsive to the customer and timely in completing the project. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently had our kitchen done by Granite Transformations, we could not be more pleased. We had our kitchen counters, backsplash, sink, and all old cupboards refaced. We just love it! The guys who did the job were on time clean and did a great job. They worked with us every step of the way, they also custom made a open spice cupboard we wanted. They were on time everyday. Very happy Customer.

Granite Transformations did an excellent job in estimating and completing the job on time he did an excellent job. Their arrival was on time and the cleanup was very professional. Would recommend this company as the quality of work was super.

Replaced kitchen and bath countertops. Workmen courteous, arrived on time and cleaned up well. Countertops look fabulous. Plumber did very good job installing faucets and hot water unit. Very satisfied with entire job and results.

I went to Granite Transformations show room and quickly realized how much more they did.! I ended up having them not only doing my showers in my master suite and quest rooms but also the cabinets, vanities and sinks. They were so detailed in their work, everything was perfect, looks stunningly beautiful and the best part was there was no mess. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my finished bathrooms!

The remodel was everything I imagined and more. I was very happy with the job and the quality of the job they did. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

The experience we had with Granite Transformations of Arizona was awesome. They were very polite and efficient from the start to the finish. The Installers were very professional. They were polite and friendly, and cleaned up their mess. Would not hesitate to refer this company to our friends and family All together I am 100% delighted with my new bathroom and shower I would highly recommend Granite Transformation of Arizona.
