My wife and I hired Tingley Electric for two separate projects in the past year or so and could not happier with the level of service and professionalism. My wife and I had purchased an outdoor hot tub and we hired Tingley Electric after being introduced to them by one of my colleagues. Jerry arrived at our home on time, was very professional, and cleaned up after himself. And he was done within a day (which involved drilling through a concrete wall to get to the main circuit breaker in the garage). The 2nd time was just recently for a service call on our kitchen range hood that was turning off and on randomly and not staying on when in use. Vinny (the owner) took time out of his Saturday morning to swing by our home a couple days after our call for service. He wore booties over his shoes so he wouldn't bring dirt inside (it had rained the night before). He was able to determine that it was not an electrical hookup issue but rather an issue with the hood's control panel. On his way out, without me asking him, Vinny helped me with an installation of a new outdoor lamp post that I was working on before he arrived, replacing a wire that was shorting out. What service! We will be definitely hiring Tingley Electric for our future electrical needs and recommending them to our friends and family. Thanks Tingley Electric!

Susan in the office was helpful and professional. She explained the services. When John and Liam came they did exactly what Susan said they would do...they put covers on their shoes, inspected the house, addressed the issues etc., explained what my options were as well as the costs. I needed the smoke detectors replaced. They replaced them with combination detectors. They were friendly, efficient in their work and picked up so that you would never know they were here.

I hired Tingley to move electrical wiring inside a wall so that a hole could be cut for a new window and also for a dedicated circuit for a new refrigerator. When I returned home I found at least 6 unpatched, gaping holes ranging in size from 10 inches to 2 feet throughout the wall. When I called to complain, Jerry, the installer, was incredibly rude and asked what I expected, of course there would be holes. I was left to cover the expense of fixing the wall. Also, that dedicated circuit breaker that cost nearly $500? It trips on average of once every other week.

Vinny and the crew at Tingley Electric were very professional – from the organized and attentive consultation to the clean and timely work that was done. The electricians work was very buttoned-up and they even patched holes they made to run new lines. They give a 10% discount for new customers and extend that discount for a year afterwards. They also provide one free followup assessment. Tingley provided a full itemized list of the work that was completed. They were very responsive, easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with.
