ALREADY TALKING ABOUT VINNY DOING OTHER PROJECTS FOR US! Total gut & transformation from the opening up of the kitchen into the dining room with a big kitchen island, redoing and reducing the size powder room/laundry room to accommodate the bigger kitchen. There were new hard wood floors throughout and even the raising of the floor and door in the family sunroom. LVLs were put in to support the house, they opened up/moved walls/windows/doors, fixed heating, electrical, plumbing issues and then some! Vinny was also such a pleasure to work with, he was onsite doing some of the work each and every day making sure everything was going as planned (don't think many general contractors do that!). He made himself available even on weekends and even came down one Saturday to go through a hiccup. His crew was great, experienced and specialized in each of their areas. I especially liked working with his core team: Richie (AKA as Sparkie) who also was here most days, did all the electrical work and provided general assistance to Vinny and John who did most of the carpentry.

JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO IS LOOKING FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS IN EVERY SCOPE, THIS IS THE PLACE. Vincent Davis and his crew were phenomenal. I had a complete bathroom renovation and as Vinny said before even starting, “you will be happy- it will look like it’s out of the bellagio” Yes it did. Secondly I had bought all fixtures before I contracted Dunrite DONT EVER DO THAT! First mistake WE GOT RIPPED OFF WHENEVER POSSIBLE VINNY TOLD US HOW TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AND HE WORKED WITH SUPPLIERS AND I WAS REFUNDED FROM COMPANY I HAD PURCHASED FROM. This saved us 2600.00 dollars Vinny is on the job everyday with his crew and every aspect of job was done in timely manner NO SURPRISES GREAT JOB VINNY AND CREW VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER GUIDED FOR DESIGNING ALL THROUGHOUT THE RENOVATION CALLED OTHER COMPANIES AND ADVISING YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THANK YOU VINNY

It's mid winter. I turn the key to my front door --and get the shock of my life. For starters, there's water everywhere--on the floors, the basement's flooded, and the downstairs ceiling is half collapsed! Turns out that the boiler failed, pipes burst and the house is frozen. Enter Vinny from Dunrite Contracting to save the day! Now fast forward to mid April. My house has not been just restored...it's been beautifully renovated from top to bottom-- new floors, sub floors, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, walls, redesigned basement, tile, cabinets, kitchen, bathroom....the works! Since we are quarantining ourselves and live out of town, we are especially grateful to Vinny for keeping us in the loop with timely texts, pics and phone calls, so we feel totally involved in the transformation of our house, all the way through what would otherwise have been a grueling ordeal. Oh, did I mention--all this at a very fair and reasonable price. We couldn't be more relieved and more satisfied! We went from a broken house, filled with water and ice, to a brand new home, broom swept for our grand entrance! What a great feeling! Can't thank Vinny and his team of professionals enough for everything they accomplished in such a short period of time. What a wonderful feeling....THANK YOU VINNY!

We hired Vinny to remodel our bathroom and it came out absolutely beautiful even better than I imagined. They got the job done in a timely fashion and Vinny helped me with every single question I had and always got right back to me. I would definitely use Vinny again for any future renovations .

We had a fire that destroyed our home the day before Easter. Vinny is the contractor I chose to rebuild our house while my husband was deployed with the Navy. Vinny has been extremely organized, professional, particular and succesful with our rebuild. Vinny is extremely knowlegable about all phases of construction and has managed to rebuild our house from framing, moving walls, creating an open floor plan where there was once a load bearing wall, putting a new pitch on our roof, choosing finishes with me, to plywood, siding, house wrap, windows, reframing window openings, doors, plumbing, electrical, an entirely new basement bathroom with buried pump, a new laundry room, relocating my water heater to a more proper placement, spray foam insulation, a new larger deck that is gorgeous, obtaining all of the proper permits and dealing with our town building department for inspections, a new central air system, a brand new baseboard heating system, drywall and taping, tiling, new white oak flooring with a gray wash finish, cabinetry, lighting, recessed lighting throughout the entire house, painting and on and on. Vinny anticipated every step of this entire project with unparalleled precision. I gave him creative control of almost everything in the house because his previous work and excellent reputation speak for themselves and I have not been disappointed. He even made my bedroom closet bigger. He made my bathroom wider to meet building codes for the vanity and door. His attention to detail and knowledge have been vital to this project. This guy knows exactly what he wants, what he needs to do to get the job done, he has the skilled craftsmen and tradespeople to complete the most specialized of work and he takes so much pride in everything he does. I trust him infinitely. In the next couple weeks when the job is complete I will add photos start to finish. Burned out shell to Shangri La!

We hired Vinny for a large downstairs renovation which entailed the removal of a 20 foot load bearing wall, new floors, a new fireplace surround, mouldings, doors, electric and everything In between. As with any renovation there are always hiccups and things you can never predict. We only had a few but when things did arise but Vinny communicated it to us and was Able to take care of it. Of course when you’re renovating things come up and you add more things to be done Vinny way able to accommodate every request we had without hesitation. I’m a stickler for details and Vinny will attest to my neurotic-ness and attention to detail but he handled everything well. He isn’t the type of contractor that goes around finding extra things to do to get more work and more money. Good, honest contractors are hard to find to be honest. Vinny’s work was great and at a fair price for what we wanted to do. If you’re looking for someone to work on your house Vinny is definitely a great choice. We are very pleased with how things came out and everyone compliments us on how our new great room looks. Thanks Vinny!

Vinny and his team have been such a pleasure to work with. We purchased a home in April and met with Vinny with an idea to turn our unfinished basement into a new living space. The space looks amazing! Upon working with him, we discovered other projects we wanted/needed to do. Reconstruction of an unfinished space over the garage, painting, refinishing floors, constructing new decks and pathways...each time Vinny amazed us with his meticulous and affordable designs. All of our projects look amazing, cant wait until the next one! Our family is so very pleased, thank you so much!

Left with an addition unfinished and no where else to turn, Vinny rescued and recovered what seemed like a disaster to me and turned it into what will be my dream kitchen and family room. I don't know where Dunrite Contracting has been all my life! From the professional estimate, to the design assistance to the completion - all work has been very professional. The renovation was completed with attention to detail as well as being conscientious of keeping the worksite as well as the rest of the house clean. I've posted before and after pictures and would recommend them as well as use them again for other work.

Dunnrite Contracting transformed our outdated, dingy and dimly lit master bathroom into a palatial paradise. Vinny Davis and his talented team of contractors are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. The skill and attention to detail that went into the plumbing (design of the shower, moving of pipe that was incorrectly installed when the house was built in 1989), the lighting design (going from three high hats providing minimal light to eight lights plus two vanity sconces), and the tile work (done by Frank who is a Michaelangelo with tile) was impressive. Vinny knows all the most talented local vendors. He recommended a local plumbing supply distributor (which had a great variety of choices), a nearby tile store (with tons of tile options at many different price points), a vanity designer (with seemingly endless talent) and a granite counter designer/supplier/creator (whose work is quick and undeniably spectacular). The final touches included the creation of a custom made shower door and enclosure and a wall sized mirror created to fit between the towers of the vanity with holes for two sconces. Overall, our experience with Dunrite Contracting has set the bar extremely high. We are happy to say that Vinny's team is now working on two additional bathrooms and will renovate our kitchen in the Fall of 2016.
