Wayne and his team completed a floor to ceiling tiled shower installation for us recently using a mix of porcelain and marble tiles. Everyone was very professional and friendly, stayed on budget and on time, kept good communication about when they would arrive, etc. and offered helpful suggestions. And, last but not least, the finished shower looks fantastic. I definitely recommend using Builttru for any renovation project and will use them again for any future projects. Great job!

We obtained a couple of quotes for work and ended up hiring Wayne to completed our basement – install cabinets, backsplash, counter top, range hood, etc – simply because understood what we wanted and what the challenges were. His quote was very professional, well laid out, clear and concise. Wayne and his crew are very professional; they would arrive at the time they said they would each day. Never noisier than needed to do the job at hand. While there were a couple of small manufacturing issues…Wayne quickly dealt with the issues and had them resolved. Wayne kept to his written quote we never saw any budget creep even thought we had a couple of adjustments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or hire Wayne again. Thank you Wayne and crew for the awesome work.

Wayne and his team were incredible to work with. This was our first renovation our family has done, so choosing a contractor was a little intimidating to start. As soon as we met Wayne, we felt confident in him. He was very open, and honest about the process, and our budget. Our renovation was to create a Legal, 2 bedroom suite in our basement, to provide an extra source of income for our family. BuiltTru got this done for us. Throughout the course of this reno, Wayne and his team delivered a high quality job, they were very professional, and most importantly, they stayed on budget. They were also very helpful along the way, and took time to explain things to us throughly. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone. I will only use BuiltTru going forward.

Builtru Construction (Wayne and his crew) did an exceptional job in expanding our bathroom/laundry room. They arrived on time or a little earlier, the work was superior and exceeded any expectations we had. They offered suggestions to save us money and worked within our budget. They are all very polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in working in your home. They clean up every evening before they leave. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Truly a company that cares about their work and their customers.

We used Builtru for stage one of our house reno and would highly recommend their services! Wayne has always been prompt with estimates and when he gives a time frame you can count on his crew being there! He has fully stayed in line with his quotes and payment is only due in stages as work has been completed. Very professional/personable and workmanship is as good as it gets! Thanks for the great work so far Wayne and we look forward to stage 2!

I contracted Builtru to redo a staircase in my house and the man who came out (Desmond) did an excellent job. After ripping out the carpet, he evened out the steps, which had been of various heights, constructed tight-fitting treads, and put these really snazzy button plugs on the treads to give my staircase a vintage look. The whole job took less time than he'd anticipated, so he took on an extra job at no cost --trimming off a 1/2" on my closet door so that it now clears the area rug. Of course, I already have plans to hire him again for my next project. Desmond is extremely skilled at what he does, cleans up after the job is done, and is always friendly and polite. I couldn't recommend him or this company more highly.

I called Wayne from Builtru, he quickly arranged a time to look at my project. I found him very thorough going over all my options and he quickly brought me up to speed on the city inspection procees. Builtru has professionally done what was asked and preformed a few extras yet for free. I found the care during the process and the quality very professional.
