Rollin Design is a multidisciplinary, award winning landscape design firm, recognized for expertly planned, detailed, and managed work. Our passion for simple forms and materials, and finely crafted details is apparent in our diverse range of projects. Our extensive project list includes custom single, multifamily and estate residences, restaurants, and commercial commissions. Our designs are understated yet sophisticated, elegant and functional. Rollin Design brings a level of expertise and experience that result in high design, high quality projects. Our services are supported by a network of collaborative relationships with specialists in many trades to provide comprehensive landscape architecture and construction services. We deliver imaginative solutions and clear communication. We provide comprehensive feasibility planning and predesign consultation for challenging projects, and handle planning and building permit procedures with team-oriented consultant coordination. Our investigation of each project begins by developing an intimate understanding of both place and people, combining existing conditions with human needs, to arrive at simple, functional and inspiring landscapes. Our greatest achievement is creating a meaningful and sustainable landscape legacy. We can provide our in-house licensed landscape contractor or work with one of your choice.

I cannot express enough the incredible impact Regina had on transforming our yard. Recently, we concluded an extensive renovation for both our front and back yards. This encompassed the addition of a pool, hardscaping, new fencing, a two-tiered yard, the introduction of 100-year-old olive trees, a fountain, and numerous other enhancements. From the very beginning, Regina exhibited an exceptional vision for our yard. The previous projects she undertook had already left us impressed, and upon seeing her proposed design, we were certain we had made the right choice. Throughout the entire process, Regina remained exceptionally responsive. She addressed all of our queries promptly and offered valuable recommendations regarding materials. The crew she collaborated with demonstrated excellence and devoted meticulous care to every task. The outcome surpassed our expectations, leaving us overjoyed with the transformation of our yard. We have already shared our elation with our neighbors, singing Regina's praises.

Regina is a wizard! She remodeled to the studs (and then some) three bathrooms for me start to finish in 6 weeks! She has an absolutely fantastic design sense. Look at the photos of some of her work that I attached to this review. She listens very well, and built the design around my tastes and vision. But at no point did I feel that she would let me make a bad choice that I would regret later just because I was excited about a mirror I found late last night :) She is also very sensitive to budget, and has a magical way of finding the right craftspeople and the right materials to get the job done. Her bar for quality is SUPER high - it is so wonderful to have her on site during construction, because she is able to ensure that the construction is being done right. A great designer, a great advocate, knows all the contractors - I am trusting Regina with all of my home remodeling in the future.

I hired Regina to design our backyard landscape & pool project following multiple neighbor's referrals, as well as her work on the front yard of our home with the previous owner. I am so happy we engaged her services. She was extremely valuable from the very beginning. She had beautiful and creative design ideas, executed a full design plan, meticulous attention to detail and quality of plants, extremely knowledgeable about the overall process, including pool and construction, knew every plant and tree you could imagine, as well as landscape/hardscape materials, had amazing subcontractors that did impeccable work and I couldn't be happier with how our yard turned out, it completely transformed our home. If you are considering hiring her you will not regret it!

We hired Regina to assist us with a full landscape design and installation of our 1.5 acre Sonoma Property. We were very pleased with the design plan and installation. The plan was unique, creative and matched our sense of style - we installed new walkways of differing materials, built a gorgeous concrete wall, installed beautiful redwood and hog wire fences, installed hundreds of plants -- flowers, grasses, shrubs and trees -- many drought and deer tolerant. There was a lot of details that were handled very well. Her crew were very professional and skilled at their trades! Thank you again Regina and Company!

Regina is great to work with- has a beautiful sense of style and has made my property gorgeous. With her help, we completely redid our front landscaping, added an outdoor shower and expanded our orchard. She is very easy to work with- has a friendly and easy going personality and is a good listener. She is easy to communicate with, always very responsive, and was always willing to work with my schedule (which required weekend meetings). Her billing is fair and reasonable, and she works with a variety of other professionals who I respect and have enjoyed working with. We have a long term master plan for the property, and I"m sure to continue to engage Regina as we decide to continue to work towards that vision.

Regina Rollin was attentive, hired high quality workmanship and was always available for her honest comments. She was knowledgeable about plants and high design, focused on the project timeline and delivered. We have a mid-century Sonoma house which was hodgepodge when we bought it and updated it to high fashion. Very proud to give her our highest recommendation.

Working on a project with Regina is fun. We worked together for almost three years. Regina is knowledgeable, informative, creative, talented, and articulate. Regina pays attention to detail, is concerned about meeting budgetary costs, has great resources and sub-contractors, and is not afraid to extend herself in a direction which is new or challenging. Regina helped me to create a little piece of Africa here in our garden. Our architecture is South African, we live on 3 acres, it was a huge project starting from ground zero. Regina also follows up -- I know that when I call or e-mail I'll get a quick response and an equally fast follow up. Regina continues to "keep tabs" on everything because she takes pride in her work and her creations are meaningful to her.

Our house was new construction on a very narrow lot in an historic block of the city of Sonoma. Regina Rollin designed a "modern" cottage garden that is not only a joy to live with, but also attracts passers-by on a regular basis. Working with Regina was a pleasure. She is an excellent communicator, loves her work, and shares her considerable imagination and enthusiasm with her clients. Perhaps the real test of landscape design is both how it looks and how it performs as time goes by. Our garden, as it matures (5 years after installation), is more delightful every year. The color palette continues to please and the choice of plants has been perfect for our soils/climate and low maintenance requirements.

our experience with regina was amazing. a take-charge fire-ball, she is not only professional, but an amazing creative mind. this woman knows what she is doing. she turned our dumpy front yard into a landscape of serene beauty. the neighbors can't get over it, and they still stop to say how beautiful the transformation is. in short, regina rocks our world. we will look forward to the backyard next! 1. built stone wall 2. moved olive tree from side yard to front yard 3. painted house, built screen wall in front of house 4. installed walkway of decomposed granite 5. planted plants, black mulch 6. stained bricks you can see before and after photos below.

Regina worked on creating both front and back yard at our home. I found working with Regina very pleasant and easy! We had just one meeting where i explained in details the feel i wanted for both, told her the plants i liked and she came back with a few pictures of designs to gather my feedback and make sure we were on the same page. We were. Soon after she created a design that encompassed all i wanted and more! I was stunned and very pleased. The garden feel, and look i had dreamed of came to life. She understood my needs perfectly all i had to do was to express them. Drainage problems were addressed, as well other unexpected challenges that came along the way. Regina supervised the project at every step. She gave me great advice and support along the way. It was the largest project i had undergone at my house and was at times overwhelmed with the challenges that arose, the decisions and choices to make. She was very supportive and patient each time. Regina is easy going. I found her to be very creative and resourceful. We have been enjoying our garden ever since. I has completely changed the identity of our home - a track home. It gave it a beautiful personality and spirit! Ours an hers. I highly recommend her service.

Regina designed and executed a landscape rennovation of my mid century modern home, including the addition of a large vegetable garden, a back patio area, the entry and front yard. She was professional and fun to work with, and came with various crews and subs who did a great job. She had terrific ideas. My yard is fabulous!

A commenté : How long is the bocce ball court and is it boxed in with concrete?Hi. This court is stucco over cement on the outside with an inlay of ceder wood. The balls need wood or something like trex to bounce off. Tey stop on a hard surface. This court is 70 feet long by 10 ...
