We make beautiful custom decks, pergolas, patio covers, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, fire features and more for the Denver metro. Our goal is to create the outdoor living space of your dreams, a place where you and your family can make memories for years to come. Because after all, aren't some of the best memories made outdoors with the ones you love most? Owner Matthew Remacle began his experience as a builder over 10 years ago as a summer job in college. After completing school and spending two years in the corporate world, he realized his passion was working with his hands, creating custom outdoor living spaces and building dreams. Matthew has worked every position in the outdoor living world, from building decks to project management, to now founding Meraki Outdoor Living, Matthew is truly an expert in the industry. Above all, Matthew believes in blending creativity with functionality. Matthew's wife and business partner Lindsay brings her design eye and creativity to each project they touch. At the end of your project, no matter the size, they promise to feel like family.

Meraki Outdoor Living built a 34x11 attached shed style patio cover and paver patio with steps in our backyard. When we initially combed through reviews and gathered multiple quotes; Meraki didn't even have a close second when it came to quality and value. And an added bonus is they are a local business. Everything they did from base to frame to trim was outstanding! They showed up when they said they would and were meticulous as well as efficient at their work. Everything passed inspections with flying colors and the city inspector took extra time to express how impressed he was by their tidy electrical work! Thank you Javier, Alex, Tonino, Brendan, Joaquin, Jeremiah, Julio, Christian, Steve and everyone for taking care of our home and answering my many questions. We are beyond happy Meraki Outdoor Living was the one to build our dream space and would highly recommend them!

This review is long overdue. We used Meraki Outdoor Living to redo our patio and put a permanent patio cover over it. We did this in the summer of 2022, so like I said, our review is long overdue. We had a wonderful experience with Matt and his entire team. The quote was accurate and seemed very competitive based on the other contractors we talked to. Matt had a great eye for design and we did beautiful stamped concrete, and beetle kill wood on the ceiling of the patio. The actually started earlier than planned and finished just about in the time they quoted us. It went slightly over with the 4th of July holiday, but only by a few days. The entire time I felt like there was great communication on the team and their team worked hard! They were on site exactly when they said they would be and were hard workers. And their work was top notch! We recommend Meraki to everyone doing a backyard project. You are in good hands with them! I have included some before and after photos for you to see the great work they did!

Matt and team did everything right from the beginning of the relationship. He arrived promptly on time for our initial consultation, grasped the concept of what we were proposing immediately, and followed up in short order with a reasonable estimate. His team was diligent, neat, and respectful and Javier did an outstanding job managing the myriad details attached to a project of this scope. The craftsmanship the Meraki team exhibited was top-notch and their willingness to rework in the rare instance that a detail required further attention was admirable. I would use Meraki again and highly recommend them.

We had a stamped concrete patio with fire pit designed and constructed by Meraki. The team was reliable, professional, and easy to work with. The project was completed on schedule and the patio is high quality and looks fantastic. We love our new outdoor living space! Highly recommend Matt and his team!

My project was rather small in that it didn't typically meet their minimum but despite that, they agreed to do it. And I am thrilled they did! Stephen did a great job of detailing the project and the team followed through to T. They demoed out an old tree stump, leveled off that portion of the drive, and laid Breeze; now I can use that area to park my new RV trailer. In addition, they installed some stairs for my new walkout. Plus they laid more Breeze beside the stairs for my BBQ where I had my new gas line installed. While these areas are not exactly what I imagine the final vision will look like, what this project accomplished for me was making the driveway space and door usable, and, more importantly, it looks very nice. That alone helped me a lot because now it does look way nicer than it did and it gives me some breathing room until such time I can save the monies to really do what I want to do. I'll definitely be calling them back for that BIG job! If they can make a small job look nice and clean, I can only imagine what they can do when I'm able to complete my final vision. :)

We can’t say enough good things about the project Matt and his team did for us in the backyard of our patio home! They came to our rescue after another landscaper abandoned our project midway through the work and other companies refused to take on what remained. Not only did Matt and his team beautifully finish the landscaping project (stained the concrete walkway and installed stonework, two rain barrels and a custom privacy screen), but immensely improved what we had originally thought we wanted to do! The crews were efficient, left all the areas clean, went the extra mile and communicated well. Meraki will be the first call I make for any future outdoor projects!

Meraki not only was responsive and professional, but they assemble a top-quality deck/patio with great attention to detail and at record speed. All of this while I continually changed my mind on what I actually wanted! I would recommend no one else and will continue to use them for ANY kind of outdoor project in the future.

They listened closely to our needs on the front-end of the project, delivered expert 3D imaging of the project so that there would be no surprises on the final product and delivered on time. I would work with them in a heartbeat. They completely transformed the front of our home and we enjoy their craftsmanship almost daily!

We hired Meraki to extend our deck and replace all the flooring. In Oct 2018. They were very professional and truely care about their work. We just recently had an issue with one for the Timbertec boards, contacted Matt, and without any problems he sent his crew out to correct it. They stand behind their work. We would highly recommend Meraki, Matt and his crew.

This past February I hired Meraki Outdoor Living to build a large pergola cover for me and do some cosmetic changes to my existing deck. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, care and attention to detail Matt and his workers provided us. Matt always made time to answer all my questions and concerns. The workers took great care with everything they did. They were meticulous with their work. When the job was done they left everything spotless. I had one very minor issue I wanted corrected and Matt fixed it within 24 hours. The pergola is perfect, just as I had imagined. Thank-you Matt for making a stressful endeveor seem effortless.

We hired Meraki Outdoor Living to put in a new concrete patio, fire pit and bar. We had a basic design in mind and Matt had some additional ideas that really made the space turn out great and tied the new space together with our existing deck. The guys showed up when they were scheduled, worked hard and easily met our completion schedule. Matt and his crew did an incredible job and we couldn’t be happier.

It was truly was a great experience working with Matt & Lindsay. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get any outdoor living additions to their home. I was between using them versus a few other companies, my determining factor was their constant communication, creative input and their genuine non salesman nature. I had them build a farm house porch and patio cover on my ranch in Franktown. Work completed on time, cleaned up, and easy to get in touch with. I will continue to use them for any future project.

Matt and his crew from Meraki Outdoor Living recently remodeled/built a beautiful patio for me!! When I bought my house 5 years ago it came with a dilapidated old sun room hanging off the back door (my view from the kitchen) and an old patio attached to it.
