My designer gave me an invoice to pay for the counter tops from this store in Beverly Hills. I went to the store to pay for my counter tops. Everything was good in that moment. Person took the information and everybody happy. 2hrs later she sent me an email: ------------------------------------------- Dear Elba, I just received confirmation on the order….BUT….. the price I was given over the phone a few weeks ago is COMPLETELTY incorrect. I am so sorry, the actual price per slab is $1660!! Due to my and vendor error, we can offer the slabs at $1460, which is cost. If you need to cancel the order, I understand; I am mortified we were given misinformation. Please let me know what you would like to do. Best, Thank you for your business - we appreciate it very much. ------------------------- I called her, I told her that the new price was to high. And I asked her to reconsidered the price, it was their mistake all the way. She did not want to honor the price in the invoice. I had everything ready to finish my kitchen. Schedule the installers and everything. I think they were very unprofessional. Any other store will honor their mistakes. They did not care the stress of starting again looking for prices and places. 10 days later I have to call them again because they did not cancel the transaction. Days later she called me again because she made another mistake returning the money, over paying the original amount, and that she needed to charge 800 dollars to the credit card because she made another mistake. Clearly she did not know what she was doing. Very poor customer service.

Westside Tile and Stone has an amazing selection of tiles that fits any budget, when that is coupled with excellent designers who are knowledgeable about the product its the perfect combination. I'm a kitchen and bath designer who loves visiting this store and so do my clients.

I have been going to Westside Tile for years. Their selection and service is unparalleled. I have not been able to find the same variety of tile anywhere else in LA. They carry everything from precious stone custom mosaics, to simple stock subway tiles. Also, clients love their showroom because they get to see products they didn't know existed, and really helps me as the designer to create something beautiful for them.

As a designer I have shopped at many tile stores, and Westside Tile is by far one of my favorites. The service is amazing and the tile selection is even more amazing. They have great display boards and their tile selection is current. It is a wonderful place to take my clients for inspiration, hands on customer service & competitive pricing.

I am so impressed with the service and professionalism over at Westside Tile & Stone that I have made it my go to spot from now on. Westside Tile is my "go to" for all of my tile and stone needs. Not only is the selection amazing, but the salespeople are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I always feel comfortable bringing my clients in knowing that all of our needs will be met. I used to tile and stone shop in West Hollywood, and go from showroom to showroom.
