The furniture is great but the delivery was a nightmare! Worst experience ever. My 76 year old husband ended up having to carry all of the furniture to our condo because the delivery company wouldn't provide the proper COI required by our condo building. So much for white glove delivery! We also called the store afterwards to inquire about some additional furniture and never got a return phone call so guess they aren't interested in selling furniture. Very disappointing as we like the furniture but they don't seem to understand customer service.

I like the furniture, but it's been a huge headache. They sent the wrong items so I ended up with one teak lounger and one wicker lounger rather than the 2 teak loungers I ordered. They then sent someone to pick up the return item without confirming the day with me. Apparently I needed FedEx paperwork which I didn't have. They then followed up and threatened that I'll be charged $75 if I miss another pickup. I'm not sure who sends someone something they don't want and then sends someone to pick it up without confirming and then wants to charge them... like come on, get yourselves together, I'm a customer not an employee and you're expecting me to do a lot of work to fix your error with no benefit to me. They haven't offered anything for the hassle and inconvenience.

Unreliable and poor customer service. I suggest looking to other, more reputable outdoor furniture providers to help you furnish your outdoor experience.

I was drawn to Yardbird because of the quality and comfort of the patio furniture sold through their showroom, But I was greatly disappointed by the “white glove” service—prompt delivery, all packaging removed, furniture set in place. The window of delivery was too broad, and the delivery guys—contractors, not Yardbird staff—didn’t remove the cushions from their packaging. Within ten minutes I realized one of the cushions was wrong; I called the driver and demanded that he take it back, whereupon he responded in an abusive way and hung up. So I called Yardbird showroom, where I was told that I had to send an email with photo to their Customer Service—and not even to bother trying to call them. I received a polite email a day later, but it took another three business days to have the right cushion delivered. Showroom, delivery, customer service—all three poorly coordinated, and the customer has to do the work of fixing their mistakes. How does this count as white-glove service?

I love the patio furniture set that I found at Yardbird Outdoor Furniture! I visited their showroom and they had all models there to try out, measure configurations for my space and touch/feel fabrics. From there, the customer service was fantastic! One of the pieces was the last one available for the season. The sales person personally opened the box in the warehouse to ensure it was in perfect condition before completing the sale. They also had custom fitting furniture covers that are snug and have stayed securely on my furniture this winter. Also, Yardbird is so much more affordable than other similar patio sets I liked at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel.

I purchased a patio set in 2017 and a couple additional pieces in 2018. Very high quality, very durable, and attractive pieces. Yardbird also has great customer service. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and Always very responsive and helpful.

We searched for a really long time for our patio furniture. We wanted quality but also needed to balance out price. The big box stores just weren't cutting it for us. We discovered Yard Bird and are very happy we did! Their customer service is personal and outstanding. Honestly, I have not encountered many places of business that treat their customers quite as well as Yard Bird!
