OMG the worst customer service ever! do not care about their clients! DONT order from them ! used to spend a lot with them was an interior designer and they were willing to end a long term relationship over $45 !

I bought Turkish towels online. Took 2 weeks to receive them. They are as thin as something you’d find at a low-end retailer. I can’t return them because apparently they were on clearance and ended in “$.x7”. If they could be returned, I’d need to return them in the box they came in (which is huge because I bought other things) and pay the postage my self. They don’t allow online returns at a store. Buyer beware!!

I bought the Ophelia 3 PC Corner sectional because, on the website, the sectional is advertised at 137 x 137. However, when it arrived, it was 128 x 128....18 inches shorter than advertised. I've been corresponding w/Brenda in escalations, who refuses to have a supervisor call me after I requested to speak with a supervisor 10 days ago. Brenda refuses to offer me a discount for the false advertising on the website. Surely Brenda is not the highest level of management I can speak with. Can someone in upper management please contact me? I've been dealing with Brenda for 2 weeks with no resolutions, extreme rudeness, and lack of customer service. Brenda says the dimensions on the website are incorrect. If that's the case, that's not my fault as the customer. That is a ZGallerie issue, and I should be compensated for the false advertising, which is still on the website. Please have someone else contact me in upper management besides Brenda in escalations.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Once upon a time I liked Z Galleria and have purchased many items from there. Most recently I purchased a bed in March that has yet to be delivered. Every month I get an email saying it’s coming the following month. The next month its the same story. I called to ask for a refund and they say they are going to charge me a restocking fee for canceling an order that never arrived!!! Seriously?! I should have read review before my purchase. If I had known how bad they are, I never would have purchased a bed from them.

I really like zgallerie products. The price is a little on the high end. I purchased some items around Thanksgiving I thought I might get the items before Christmas. It's going on two months and I still have not received them. When I called to complain the representative tried to blow me off and give me some sorry excuse that they had an extremely high call volume and would have someone call me back in two hours. I declined and decided to do a review. Their customer service stinks and I am seriously thinking about refusing the package.They have plenty of time to take an order but no time to listen to customer feedback. Your customer service should match you products

The bed was sent from the store warehouse with 2 left side frames (rather than one and one right). Since this initial failure, there have been several missed delivery commitments. Moreover, I have been without a bed.

I ordered 2 of the same lamps back in Feb. and upon arrival I received 2 different lamps. I called the company to let them know and was told that I would receive a return label via email within 3-5 business days and that another lamp would be shipped to me it may take up to 3 weeks to receive it due to Covid-19. Fast forward...1 month later I still have no lamp and no return label. I contacted the company again and this time was told that due to Covid-19 they had not sent me a return label via email nor had shipped the lamp because they had not received the lamp they sent to me by mistake. I told Alan that I was leaving to go out of town that week for surgery and wasn't sure when I would be back so I needed the return label before I left. I didn't get the label until the night before my departure. I was not able to return the lamp. Fast forward its 7/31/2020. I returned the lamp, which they received the 7/17, I contacted the company w/o success and the lamp looks to be sold out online

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I ordered two symplicity nightstands and a symplicty dresser from the website. When I ordered the nightstands it stated that the nightstands were in stock. However, after awhile I started to wonder why they have not shipped. So I called and they stated that the nightstands are on backorder until late May early June. I am so upset because they should not have stated that the nightstands were in stock when in fact they are not. I am incredibly irritated by this entire situation.

I purchased a coffee table from Zgallerie back in May. Before making the purchase I was promised that if the item is defective and not accepted during delivery, I would be refunded my money including the shipping with no questions asked. The table was delivered mid June with a dent on the side and cracked top, and I refused the delivery. I immediately called their customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally the rep told me that I would be refunded my money and delivery fee and sent a follow up email confirming that. We are one month out and I still have not received my refund. I contacted their local store (since I do not have time to be on hold for a long time with their customer service) and now they are telling me that they will deduct a restocking fee of 25% and not reimburse my delivery fee. Furthermore they tell me In order to not endure those losses I should accept an exchange!!!!? I am writing so that other consumers do not suffer the headache and emotional turmoil they have caused me.

Do not buy from Z Gallerie. I bought a dining room table and chairs at the beginning of March. When it was delivered the table was broken. I called 2 of their stores - they said they were closing because the company was going into bankruptcy - they could not help me. Customer service did not answer the phones and did not respond to emails. There was no way to return the table and/or exchange the table because no one was responding. I will never shop with them again.

Purchased an oversized piece of artwork beg Feb. to fit a large space. Didn't hear from anyone about when it would be delivered. After repeatedly trying to call and email Customer Service, went back to the store mid -March. I was told that the piece was discontinued and no longer available. NOT great customer service at all! Corporate issued a credit without any apology or notification. I've always loved their artwork, but I will go elsewhere.

Horrible horrible customer service, I'm in shock! Delivery company was not accommodating whatsoever, finally we set up a mutual time and my coffee table came broken in a billion pieces. Probably spent all week tossed around on the truck. They sent the item back, no tracking, no info nothing. Zgallerie unable to find anything, "no access" to any info...really? what century do you function in? Such a disappointment I seriously cannot believe this..not to mention hefty $170 delivery fee! so im still waiting on a refund and its been over a month! Contacted my cc today to refute the charges. Don't waste your time on big items! such a shame
