“We had been looking for a summer home for about a year and a half. Nancy had patience showing house after house until we found the right one for us. She advised and guided us along the way but never pressured us. When we found our house a very difficult transaction ensued. We made an offer in July, signed the P&S in October and closed in December - not a typical time frame to say the least! Companies (as opposed to other individuals) were in competition for the property.
