In 2006,we hired them again to do the plans for our summer home in Cape May, N.J. They designed our fabulous dutch colonial that looks like it is 100 years old.We are consistently told that is it one of the prettiest homes in town and not a day goes by where someone doesn't stop and comment on it.Our builder in CM said that the plans he received from U and M were the most detailed and complete set of plans he had ever worked with. They designed the new Rumson Country Club Pool House.It is a masterpiece! I am a real estate agent and my husband is as type "A" as they come.We are tough customers and pretty demanding.We recommend U and M 100% and feel they are worth their weight in gold.They are not the least expensive in the area but you get what you pay for.They are thorough,knowledgeable and very experienced.”
