“24/7 did a great job replacing my electric panel and hooking up the electric for my new HVAC system. There was some confusion about coordinating with the HVAC team’s installation, but 24/7 was able to accommodate me and get the panel replaced very quickly after the AC was installed. The electrician worked quickly, made the correct decisions for the job which the subsequent inspection verified, and minimized the time where the power to my house was off which I greatly appreciated.”

“Requesting a bid, Mr. Clinton Tally, exuded the knowledge of a true professional. He immediately identified that I was asking for a 200 amp panel, which my home didn't need. He was honest, listened to my needs, and was willing to accommodate me. He was professional in every way. I told him that I wish he was my neighbor. I would recommend doing business with him to anyone in need of electrical service. Hi work stands at attention! In other words, impressive! A good professional to deal with. “Lowes had just delivered and installed a brand new dryer at my home and it didn't work. My old dryer worked earlier that day. Lowes installation crew told me I needed an electrician or return the dryer and be left without one. I tried shutting the power off to my home, turned it back on and tried to reset the breaker to the dryer. It wouldn't reset. I must've called 20 different electricians and NO ONE could come out for at least a week. One electrician in Woodinville was willing to come out for $295/hr + tax to "look into" my issue AND still wasn't willing or able to come out to Gold Bar. I called Dickson Electric and Kurt advised me that the Lowes delivery and installation techs did something wrong. He walked me through the process, over the phone on how to reset my circuit breaker and get my new dryer going...and didn't charge me a thing! WOW!!!!! It's so amazing that there are genuinely honest people doing business! Dickson Electric is honest and forthright and I recommend them to all I know.”

“We have found the best electrical service in the area. We have tried a couple of others over the years and they were okay. We had another company that we set an appointment with a week ago this past Monday. On Monday they never showed up and I called them and they said they had to cancel due to Covid. We gave them our phone # and email address but we were never contacted. So I called several other electricians in the area and could not get anyone, voicemail, no answer or were booked up. I called Benchmark on Monday but got voice mail also. A few minutes later Ed, from Benchmark, called me back. I gave him our problem and he called us Tuesday and came out to look at the project (small job). He was very pleasant and personable. It was a pleasure to be able to have a genuine smile, great attitude and professional demeanor rolled into one. (Not very many of these lately). He gave us an estimate and said he would be out that afternoon or out today. He called late yesterday and said his men would be out this morning at 09:00AM. They were a few minutes early and had the job done in an hour. The men were also very personable, informative and knowledgeable. Very professional crew. I will be using them for more work in the near future. Ace C. Des Moines, WA.”

“This company is great! I had an electrical panel that was very old and was fire damaged. I called Economy Wiring and they were able to come out that same day and get it repaired. They were able to do it for under their estimate and completed it that same day. They were professional and prompt. They even helped me to work with my insurance company. The panel was covered by my homeowner's insurance! Who knew? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any electrical job that you need.”
