He was professional, respected our budgetary boundaries, finished the project in a timely way, chose excellent subcontractors who provided high quality work, and he followed up on every aspect of the project. In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean.
