He was calm, responsive to our every need, and made the project easy for everyone involved. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. We had only one small snafu with the floor subcontractor, but it was immediately resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark and Jim Duncan to anyone considering a remodeling project.”

“We hired Onesta to completely redo a small bathroom after the shower started to leak. Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”
