“Hertaus did the backsplash in our kitchen. We researched and visited a whole bunch of tile places and looked at even more samples & ideas for what we wanted to do. They came out and measured, gave us a bid right away and they were able to install whatever tile we found...unlike some places where you needed to buy the tile from them. They told us exactly what we needed, so we ended up getting our tile & grout at The Tile Shop at a special price (since they were the only ones that had what we wanted) and picked it up and had it waiting for them when they arrived for installation. They were less expensive for installation, did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the results.”

They have everything from antique and traditional to contemporary and primitive rugs in addition to doing beautiful custom designs all at a great value. Their customer service is the best. I felt confident that I had chosen just the right rugs for my house as they guided me through the selection process with my fabric swatches in hand. The rugs were delivered the next day at an exact time that had been set in advance vs a delivery window! That was truly refreshing. They carefully moved my furniture to place the rugs and carefully moved everything back just as I had it. I would trust Cyrus to come into my home and place rugs in the future even if I couldn't be there!”
