What Floor goes well with an aspen ceiling?

We want one floor design for our combined kitchen,living room, dining room. What goes well with and aspen ceiling? We are leaning towards tile.

    I would love to see something which resembles flagstone with your beautiful ceiling. The Realstone looks interesting as it is on a mat for install.

      I would recommend a dark color engineered wood floor. You can lay it right over the existing hard surfaces so you would only have to tear up the carpet, if you are wanting to change flooring in that area as well. Engineered floors have a long life span and hardwood flooring is the only floor covering that increases the value of your home. A dark color would really warm up the space and set off the other wood work in the cabinetry and ceiling.

      Have you ever considered the reclaimed wood look tile? The look is almost identical to wood but it has the durability of tile!
