Does anyone OWN a Nesta rug from DWR?

Wondering how well it will wear over time, traffic.

    Hi Denise,
    Thanks for your question. A lot of people wonder the same thing because of its fluid design.
    The Nesta Rug is very durable. Each tentacle of it is twisted by hand, and the edges are handbound, which creates a tight design. One recommendation we have to avoid damage when cleaning is to vacuum only with a hand nozzle.

      It has been shedding for a year. Hate it...great rug but can't stand the shedding

      Ya, I bought the Nesta rug shortly after posting this and I hate it as well - sheds like CRAZY. My dog thinks the strands are a tug toy. They are not sewn in, just looped through -- so she's pulled our many of them. Just a few weeks ago, we rolled up and stashed in our guest bedroom. May be on craigslist soon. :-(

      Yes we too have had this rug for a year+. The shedding is absolutely unbelievable--great big balls of white fluff all over the house--it is a nightmare. Going to try to get DWR to take some responsibility. WE even took it outside and used the leaf blower to try to get rid of most of the shedding, to no avail...the constant vacuuming continues. Moving it to the garage.

      good to read post from posertoes. I actually collected one day's shedding from this rug, placed it in a zip log bag and sent it to DWR CORPORATE> So far no response. Horrible product. should be taken off market. It is a nightmare every single day. DO NOT BUY THIS RUG>
